The seats were very comfortable and the temperature was just right. It was rather confusing to give directions to my family where to pick me up in West Palm Beach. Your directions should indicate that there is no RedCoach station in West Palm and that it stops at the Service Plaza at MM 59 instead of just "MM59"
Great ride except for the fact that buses are not clearly identifiable. I was expecting a red bus and I saw a black one with no decals at the West Palm Beach Service Station. Almost missed the bus to Orlando if I hadn't approached the driver who told me the sign had fallen off.
Terrible experience. Bad costumer service. At the terminal no one gives any info about the bus delay. By the departure time it was confusing because there were two buses for different destination and no one was giving directions. When we finally departed, the seats smells and it was an a/c likings over us (row 5,6,7 A). Suddenly the bathroom began to smell terrible. The driver have to shout to announce the stops... worts experience ever!!! And it doesn’t worth $50
I arrived at the bus station early and they wouldn’t look at my reservation for a while. When I finally talk to them I had a ticket for an 11:50 AM bus but there was no 11:50 AM bus. The staff was lovely and helped me get on the next bus but I wouldn’t trust red coach in the future
As they say first experience is the experience that last forever. I enjoyed everything with this bus company. From the booking to the ride everything was awesome. Looking forward to continuing doing business with this company.
Was dropped off at a rest stop on the highway. Thought I'd be dropped off at train station like normal when I go greyhound. Also driver did not know where he had put my bag and did not listen to me when I repeatedly told him it was in a different compartment than the one he insisted it must be in.
It was my first time using your service, I bought because I needed to be in West Palm beach at 6pm, unfortunately I arrived at 7:20, late I lose the appointment that I had at 7:00 in Delray beach
I travelled tuesday morning on bus and my only problem was no wifi. It said connected but no one on the bus could use it so that needs to be fixed. Our driver was a female and she was awesome. Its my second time travelling on the bus and i love it
It was good. Nothing an issue. I only gave it 4 stars cause the wifi was pretty bad and it was 18 minutes late cause people kept having issues getting their luggage in the compartment I guess.
The lady at the desk of Red coach Orlando office is by far the nicest person I have met in my time in America. If I could I would thank her personally. I will be using this bus service again when I come back
