The driver was amazing! Just a beautiful ride with a good speed and not even one sudden brake! It was raining hard for a while and the driver was very careful. It was a good ride! I will recommend it to my family and friends
Bus was nothing like pictured seats were extremely cramped and my initial seat was broken.
The seats were very comfortable and the temperature was just right. It was rather confusing to give directions to my family where to pick me up in West Palm Beach. Your directions should indicate that there is no RedCoach station in West Palm and that it stops at the Service Plaza at MM 59 instead of just "MM59"

Trip was on time, and the driver was excellent. The bus, however, was disgustingly filthy and old, and all of the charging outlets were broken.
Great travel, in time, very pleasant driver, couldn’t ask for more. Very happy with my trip.
Greyhound staffs are very nice. At Orlando they couldn't print my bus ticket, but they gave me a sheet to let me go.
