Yorkshire Coastliner User Reviews
4.1 out of 5 stars
User reviews from travelers who booked their tickets with Yorkshire Coastliner
The bus was too full the driver was brilliant but because it was race day, supervision would of been a great help to him, especially when people have been out all day, there was supervision at the races so why not from main stops in york ie opposite the train station
Everything was satisfactory. We got unexpected bonus going through Goathland. Due to the gay pride 🏳️🌈 in yorkheld everybody by about an hour. No fault of the driver. Overall a pleasant journey to Whitby.
I liked it a lot. The bus from Leeds to London was super comfortable. The only problem was that I was supposed to arrive at the bus in Leeds half an hour early and there was no bus. It arrived only five minutes early and was a city bus. Had I known I would have slept later.
No room for luggage, very uncomfy and cold old bus. Paid slightly more than national express which is better in everyway. 4 hours on such an uncomfy bus was horrible and I wondered what would happen if I needed the toilet. Pickering to Whitby was beautiful however I'd been on the bus over 3 hours at this point so wasn't as enjoyable as it could have been
Almost got stranded in Malton due to a lack of staffing - thankfully the very friendly staff sorted a replacement driver very quickly. Please also remove the advice to arrive 45 mins early to the stop when the bus arrives on time to leave - particularly as it’s quite a long winding journey with no bathroom facility on board
Very reliable service just a bit cold on the bus but I understand that coz the windows have to be open for the pandemic would recommend this service to anyone
