My 1st time travelling by coach but my train was £55 from birmingham to doncaster coach was £18.90 so savin alot ...coach was clean the driver was very helpful did his job perfectly...alth by coach it was 1 hour 45 longer than train but i had time to kill ...highly recommed i for one will definatly be looking again to travel by coach..i do have a car but no stress travelling

Bus left on time, travelled safely and arrived early. Customer communications and announcements could have been a little friendlier. That the person sitting next to me was far to big for the seat didn't help, but that's a difficult problem to deal with.

Was told to book return trip on line Don't do on line and found this very difficult effecting my anxiety. Luckily some o e helped But on return the bus didn't turn up .asked other national express drivers going to other destinations if they could help got a stright no .two ladies one in her 80s left at a station not knowing g what to do .4 o'clock in the early hours on a clock morning miles from home .had to end up paying 100 pound to get a taxi from Birmingham to Nottingham. Unexceptible. Made my 80 year old mam very distressed and ill
