When I first arrived for the bus 20 minutes ahead of time the man at the desk was very unpleasant and started shouting at me that my bus was already here and to move, I was only asking him to print my ticket as my hostels wifi had been down and felt 20 minutes was enough time to spare. I then got to the bus and there was a big cue anyway to put your bag on. I was told i had no time to run to the shop right next to the bus for water even though I waited another 15 minutes to get on the bus anyway, staff were not very pleasant. Was told we would stop at 11 and I could get water (this was 5.30pm) when the bus did stop there was no shop open to get water and the meal that was served was a tiny cheese and ham sandwich and a tiny cup of orange juice. I was also told the bus would stop in the morning which it did to drop people off or for petrol but nowhere to buy any juice. I felt severely dehydrated as had been on a bus for 21 hours as the bus was 2 hours late and had only had a tiny cup of orange juice and didn't feel the staff were very approachable to ask for more due to my first impressions of them. Moreover not only did my charging port not work but of all the seats around me none of them worked and down the side of my chair there was loads of leftover food and some had gone mouldy. Not ideal for a 21 hour journey. I had read bad reviews before booking but thought people were probably just being picky and understand it is a budget bus but I have travelled with other budget buses and not had this experience. I am not usually one to complain but felt these things should be highlighted and people should be aware to buy things before boarding this bus to avoid a very uncomfortable journey.
Unhelpful staff at Singer office in Posadas, had to extract information from him that bus had broken down and replacement bus would be 3+ hours late, and proceeded to close the office after the scheduled time of departure. Bus itself had no flushing or handwashing water. Dropped off at Colon service station 4.5 hrs late rather than terminal, I presume as running late and wanted to save time. Required Taxi to get the final 8km.

Hay cucarachas a 10cm de mi cara!
Really bad experience, bus was 10 minutes late leaving, but that was the least of our worries! After 40 minutes of being on the road the bus broke down by a police check point where we stayed for the next 4.5 hours, with no explanation from our drivers as to what was happening. Eventually a replacement bus service arrived however the bus was a single storied smaller bus not built for long journeys. This also rendered the extra leg room seats we had purchased useless! We were on this bus for about 5 hours, when we were woken up by a rude member of staff loudly shouting quickly we are changing buses! We quickly grabbed our stuff but in the hurry and daze ended up leaving some of our stuff! We then boarded another bus which in all fairness was really nice best Night bus we’ve had in South America, just wished we’d had it from the start and not just the final hours of our journey! We arrived in Concordia around 5 hours late! Overall really bad experience, will be emailing the company to try and be compensated for the premium seats we purchased, would not use again!
The bus stuck. The toilet was foul and my seat was right next to it. The breakfast was an insult.

Fairly new bus but from the inside it looks a bit worn out. The chairs, the toilet, USB plugs not working, etc. Staff was ok but not particularly friendly or really made an effort to provide service. Steward did not keep the toilet clean which was horrible, food service was minimal, seat covers/blankets and pillows were dirty.

It was not clear the bus leaves from the highway and not the station.
Bus should really be condemned, aesthetically-speaking. It was pretty old, it leaked (it rained for the majority of the trip) and the toilet was indescribable!
My coat got stolen and when i spoke to the staff they were very unhelpful just apologised

The bus was 1.5 hours late. The seats were very uncomfortable & did not recline very far at all. Not comfortable for a 13
The bus banos was broken and the USB port on my seat wasn’t working
The company was fine, but I wanted to go to the centre, and the bus driver left me at a stop that was 12 km away from the centre, so its not what I paid for.
Fine bus, was a bit delayed but that's all

Very cold making sleep difficult. Food and drink provided after midnight which was kind but no vegetarian option.
Very comfortable recliners. We were able to get a very good sleep. The hot food was good and we had plenty of wine and bubbles
The movies did not play but we were surprised by internet availability, though somewhat sporadic.
Overall would recommend
The bus was late in about 1:30 hours in concordia and I got to puerto iguazu in a late of more than 2 hours so my plans were ruined.
As a tourist I didnt know that the bus isn't going from Concordia terminal so by luck I heard it from a lady in the terminal and had to get to the road which 20 min from there.
Very good however on trips to and from approx 2 hours late each way

I would not wish this bus ride on my worst enemy. There was no charging ports, no wifi, bus was extremely late. food was terrible, seats weren't comfortable. what should have 15 hours turned into 18 hours because of the bees tardiness. we almost missed our 1 day in fox du iguacu. Try and fly or find a bus that can charge your phone.

We paid for the good Seats on the first Floor,
The Seat was not good and When I tell iT to the driver hè turned his head away because is dont speak Spanish.
Someone dit make mij wife her backpack open and Someone dit the same at mine backpack en they steel money out mine,
We have both a lock on our back with a code
The stuff were OK.
The AC was good.
The chair was dirty.
The seat Was not comfortable(Very very old).
the adjustment of the back of the seat was broken
There was a very poor entertainment.
I was not happy with this company. no blanket was provided. this is the only company where this has happened, and it was cold. dinner was at 11pm. and the toilet was dirty abd leaking on the floor. not to mention 2 hours late arriving.

The bus smelt of wee for the entire 23 hour bus journey. It arrived an hour and a half late at the destination. The food was inedible.

The bus left 45 min later (no one advised) and arrived 4 hours late than planned.
On the bus at 2.15pm, they gave us a dinner at 9.30pm .
Not a glass of water before or later

Bus was 20 mins late and ended up gathering a total of 3 hours hold up.
It was too cool in the bus and so I want them to take care of airconditioning.
Very good service. Delayed and turned up to destination 2 hours later
For a 18hr journey the seats weren’t good, in other countries such as Bolivia no matter where you sat you had wider seats that went further back. You can’t sleep like that!
No stops were given an we had to wait for a meal that we ate at 1am- if we had of known we would of bought food before.
They should have stopped at around 9pm
