The Bus drivers were great, but the staff member who handled the luggage took money from us in an unacceptable way. We had weighed our bags, and they were the 15 kg required by the ticket; he said they were overweight without weighing them and then made us pay 2000 pecos without a receipt. That is extortion at its worst. He pocketed the money himself. We believe we were targeted because we are travelers and struggle with Spanish.

The driver took the time to tell us the name of every city he stopped in. He told us how much time we had for lunch, he was efficient, courteous and professional. I have been traveling throughout Argentina and this was my best experience so far. I only wish they had USB ports on the bus.

Checkin was a mess. The "15kg" and only 1 checkin bag per person is a JOKE. They tried to charge me extra claiming the bus wasn't capable of taking too much weight. TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE!! TERRIBLE!!!

Comfortable ride. Some buses have a 'part bed' arrangement in the upper section. It would be great to be able to specify that on the booking. I had one on the previous trip but not this time.

The ride was very comfortable. I enjoyed the trip. The bus left late and arrived even later, but personally, no complaints about that. I would use Urquiza again- no tengo prisa.

Older bus with poor air conditioning and damaged curtains that could not entirely block windows from sun. No soda or food service on board, but good complimentary self-service coffee. Toilet facility was OK, but needed better ventilation. Both drivers were professional and friendly.

OK bus company. Bus was old and someone forgot to close the roof vents during an intense rainstorm the night before so the top floor was flooded when the bus arrived at the platform, causing a delay until the floor was mopped.

The bus got a puncture after an hour which cannot be helped. A new bus picked us up in about an hour. However we were delayed over two and a half hours in total, so the rest of the journey was an hour and a half more than it should have been.

I didn't realize there would be so many little stops. Maybe there is an express bus to Córdoba? Seats were comfy if a bit narrow and semi-cama reclined almost completely. USB charging ports were a nice touch.

Poor ticket booth staff, would not print ticket for us and made us pay to print at internet kiosk. The bus seats go all the way back, which sounds good unless your the one behind someone with no legroom at all left.

I am satisfied with General Urquiza. The bus, the staff, all were good. We arrived a bit late (20-25 mins) but I guess that was due to some road maintenance.

It was generally good but lacking a few items. Other bus companies gave us food and or water for long trips, this one was around 12 hours and nothing. The only facility to use is the bathroom which gets dirty after only a few uses by other travellers. There was not air conditioning, at least nothing sufficient enough to keep the upper part of the bus cool, I was sweating the entire time. Bus seats are slightly smaller than other companies o have ised but are sufficient. Overall I would say this is sufficient.

Suit class is there top of the range service. I compare it to flying business class. Not fancy but very comfortable. And I very much appreciate your company as I was not able to book it directly by myself, because foreign credit cards are often difficult in Argentina. I love your service and will use it again.

We sat on top deck at the front. The screen in the above panel just rattled like mad the whole 9 hour journey. Extremely irritating banging noises. Seats were comfy. Bus was on time. Driver was good! Disappointed about the bag loading. I went to the back of the bus to put my bag in, but a random guy insisted that he put my bag on the bus. Once he did so, he held his hand out for money?! I could have done it myself for free? Unnecessary service and very rude.

Don’t use this company. Compared to other Argentinian bus companies it is very poor. No food or drink on a 12 hour journey. No stopping to buy food on the way. No working WiFi. No entertainment. No toilet!!

Polite and helpful staff at the station in Buenos Aires when I made en enquiry. Easy net booking. Very comfortable bus, but the light indicator about the toilet occupancy maintained that the toilet was occupied throughout the trip, even when it wasn't. I couldn't recline my seat, and there was no staff on the bus to ask.

Use this company from Rosario to Cordoba, Argentina. The bus didn’t say the company name on it but it was comfortable leather seat and a driver and associate driver seem kind.

we were 30 minutes delayed which wasn't that big of a deal but it took an hour and a half more than the displayed time to drive to Córdoba from Rosario. We were supposed to leave at 9:30 and arrive at 16:15, but instead we left at 10:00 and arrived at 18:00. It took 8 hours to drive somewhere that normally takes 4.

Didn't come until 1.25 hours after the time on the ticket. No one to tell us when it would arrive or provide a reason for the delay. The bus wasn't even urquiza. If it wasn't for a woman next to me helping I would never have known to get on the bus

Could do with a longer meal stop during the journey somewhere a bit better than the existing. After all some people are using the journey as a day in their holiday.
