The bus was fine and clean. At the end part of the trip there were no more paper available in toilet.
The coach arrived on time. We were driven safely to our destination on time. The coach was not the highest standard but comfortable. The toilet was quite clean with water, soap, loo paper and towels. But the coach drivers were unfriendly, never smiled and on the 21 hour journey never once invited us to get off even for 5 minutes. When I asked if there were 5 minutes at one longer stop, the driver replied, “No hay minutos!” We have travelled in similar long journeys with other bus companies in Argentina where the drivers have been friendly, pleasant and have offered a few minutes at stops for passengers to have a very short break. It was a relief to get off this coach in Buenos Aires.
According to multiple reviews, the bus provides very nice and clean seats that are comfortable and recline. They also play movies during the trip, some of which are in English. However, customers mention that it would have been nicer if water or drinks were offered onboard. Additionally, there were broken USB charging ports on several seats. Overall though, many recommend this interesting experience with comfy seats.
Via Bariloche Puerto Iguazú Buenos Aires recent customer reviews
The bus itself was very nice and comfortable. The drivers were nice ane helpful. The bus did not have wifi and to drink the water we needed to have a bottle to fill. Also, there was a 7 hour detour which I don't think was tne fault of the company but caused a huge delay to our trip.
Very comfortable recliner seats, with support for resting legs. The USB charging ports were broken on several seats, and I had to hunt for an unoccupied seat to find a port that would work. Overall, I would recommend. Always better to see a country by land, if one has the time.
Very nice and clean bus. Seats lay back and were comfy. They played movies for the trip, in which some were actually in English. It would have been nicer if we had water or drinks offered.
According to 44 reviews, Rio Uruguay received a 4-star rating for this journey. Travelers were especially satisfied with the timeliness and the departure location, but some complained about the wifi. Rio Uruguay ticket prices on this trip start at $76.00

Suite bus not available at Puerto Iguazú, had to change in Pasados, this meant a seat change to one I had no booked, I asked for a singluar seat or my original booked seat and was told it was already occupied. Not happy
The seats didn’t recline very far but we got a hot meal (which we didn’t know about beforehand) and a film. This was good but both happened gone 11pm when we wanted to sleep... no wifi!
Extremely helpful staff when I found at the last minute that the ticket had to be printed
According to 15 reviews, Expreso Singer received a 2.6-star rating for this journey. Travelers were especially satisfied with the staff and the seats, but some complained about the value for money. Expreso Singer ticket prices on this trip start at $90.00

When I first arrived for the bus 20 minutes ahead of time the man at the desk was very unpleasant and started shouting at me that my bus was already here and to move, I was only asking him to print my ticket as my hostels wifi had been down and felt 20 minutes was enough time to spare. I then got to the bus and there was a big cue anyway to put your bag on. I was told i had no time to run to the shop right next to the bus for water even though I waited another 15 minutes to get on the bus anyway, staff were not very pleasant. Was told we would stop at 11 and I could get water (this was 5.30pm) when the bus did stop there was no shop open to get water and the meal that was served was a tiny cheese and ham sandwich and a tiny cup of orange juice. I was also told the bus would stop in the morning which it did to drop people off or for petrol but nowhere to buy any juice. I felt severely dehydrated as had been on a bus for 21 hours as the bus was 2 hours late and had only had a tiny cup of orange juice and didn't feel the staff were very approachable to ask for more due to my first impressions of them. Moreover not only did my charging port not work but of all the seats around me none of them worked and down the side of my chair there was loads of leftover food and some had gone mouldy. Not ideal for a 21 hour journey. I had read bad reviews before booking but thought people were probably just being picky and understand it is a budget bus but I have travelled with other budget buses and not had this experience. I am not usually one to complain but felt these things should be highlighted and people should be aware to buy things before boarding this bus to avoid a very uncomfortable journey.
My coat got stolen and when i spoke to the staff they were very unhelpful just apologised
I was not happy with this company. no blanket was provided. this is the only company where this has happened, and it was cold. dinner was at 11pm. and the toilet was dirty abd leaking on the floor. not to mention 2 hours late arriving.
