Very nice, a lot of space, and we even got food.
When I first arrived for the bus 20 minutes ahead of time the man at the desk was very unpleasant and started shouting at me that my bus was already here and to move, I was only asking him to print my ticket as my hostels wifi had been down and felt 20 minutes was enough time to spare. I then got to the bus and there was a big cue anyway to put your bag on. I was told i had no time to run to the shop right next to the bus for water even though I waited another 15 minutes to get on the bus anyway, staff were not very pleasant. Was told we would stop at 11 and I could get water (this was 5.30pm) when the bus did stop there was no shop open to get water and the meal that was served was a tiny cheese and ham sandwich and a tiny cup of orange juice. I was also told the bus would stop in the morning which it did to drop people off or for petrol but nowhere to buy any juice. I felt severely dehydrated as had been on a bus for 21 hours as the bus was 2 hours late and had only had a tiny cup of orange juice and didn't feel the staff were very approachable to ask for more due to my first impressions of them. Moreover not only did my charging port not work but of all the seats around me none of them worked and down the side of my chair there was loads of leftover food and some had gone mouldy. Not ideal for a 21 hour journey. I had read bad reviews before booking but thought people were probably just being picky and understand it is a budget bus but I have travelled with other budget buses and not had this experience. I am not usually one to complain but felt these things should be highlighted and people should be aware to buy things before boarding this bus to avoid a very uncomfortable journey.
The seats didn’t recline very far but we got a hot meal (which we didn’t know about beforehand) and a film. This was good but both happened gone 11pm when we wanted to sleep... no wifi!
Extremely helpful staff when I found at the last minute that the ticket had to be printed
Bus was 1h late at starting point and 2h late at destination. They didn't give us nothing to eat after whole night. At night sleeping was like in freezer. Definitely not recommended this company
My sunglasses were stolen our bus broke down and we ended up taking 3 different buses on a journey that was supposed to be direct. Would not recommend to anyone.
The bus broke down and it was absolute chaos and ended up needing us to swap onto 3 different buses. One of my friends sunglasses were also stolen.
Very modern comfortable bus! Clean, chairs could go back al most all the way, USB plugs, and freshly catered food! Definitely the best bus company we used in the whole of Argentina!
Good travel and the bus was really comfortable
Comfortable bus and super friendly staff, would recommend!
First bus was amazing, after 5 hours though we changed buses and out next bus was only semi cama when we paid for full cama
Very good seats and friendly staff!
Seats were comfortable and good for sleeping. Food was provided.
the journey and staff were fine however the bus itself was filthy - there were bugs crawling all over the walls, the toilet was disgusting with wee everywhere!
Very luxious, nice and comfortable chairs, we could sleep very well and the service was perfect!
Enjoyed the journey with Rio Uruguay, food was good considering we are vegetarians so we just took out the meat. It was not the bus's fault that we arrived late as we were stopped many times by the police. The lady working on the bus was not very friendly. I did not understand what she was saying and she refused to let me use the toilet twice by shouting at me.
The bus didn’t stop to give us breaks
A most comfortable overnight ride, with great onboard service
Gret service, food and comfy seats! Better than flying!
My coat got stolen and when i spoke to the staff they were very unhelpful just apologised
A great bus service. Would highly recommend booking in cama - the service for our trip was great.
Very good service by the staff on board, it was late but that’s because there were a lot of immigration checks on the route
There was no one at the ticket desk up to 45 minutes before my bus left. I waited to get my ticket printed, but no staff member showed up. A lady at the help desk even asked the bus driver if I was okay with just an electronic copy and described the situation, but that was not allowed. I had to run down the road 10 minutes before my bus left to try and find somewhere else that could print my ticket for me. Not a good first impression with this bus company.
Great except for the people smoking on the bus during the trip
Super friendly staff. We got food but we didn’t know that, so that was a good surprise. It was a bit on a strange time though (10:30pm) and it was not so good. In the morning we good some food again which was fine (a very sweet cookie and some salty cookies). The chairs were great and we received a blanket and pillow. Again, very friendly staff!
Very good however on trips to and from approx 2 hours late each way
Everything was ok, except that our pillows and blankets were used already... They had a lot of hair. They put them in plastic without cleaning them first.
