10 minutes before departure time they informed me that the bus had been cancelled due to technical issues. Although as there were only 2 other passengers I have my suspicions about that
I had to go to another bus company and buy a new 700tl ticket for a bus one hour later than my planned departure time.

The staff does not speak or understand English. The short halt time was difficult to understand. Atleast they can display a placard showing 10 minutes halt or Lunch break for 30 minutes
