The attendant (cofee, tea, etc.) shoul be young and pretty girl, but not the man over 50. The bus was freezing, but drivers never started heating. Very long unnessasiry stops 30 min and more. All stations are wet and dirty like after the rain due to washing of buses. Eating during the night in a bus instead of sleeping - really can not be avoided? All in all I liked my trip Varna-Istanbul much more then Istanbul-Antalya.
No clear communication from the staff, I almost missed the bus because no one was able to tell me clearly where my bus would leave and which one it was.. staff onboard not sympathetic..
The bus was comfortable. Drivers didn't smoke. The staff was very friendly; however, none of them knew English. Such drinks as water, coffee, tea, and juice were offered for free.
Lovely staff but the bus broke down about 2 hours in and we didn't get going again until 2 and a half hours later... Not the staffs fault and not a big deal as I wasn't in a rush, just a little stressful.
The bus driver was smoking every half an hour. It was impossible to breath. Local man didn't want my son to sit with his wife because of his religion. That was difficult to regulate. I'll never recommend Antalya toros to anybody.
very messy staff, no arrangement at all! , first of all they changed the location of departure and charged us for relocation of the luggage. Second, almost 3 hours after departure our seats were not clear, after that the waiter gave us the tickets! more surprising thing was that my seat was 23, whereas my family seats were 1 and 2. We are not happy with the service and staff all in all.
Address given on tickets for bus stop was wrong and no one there wanted to help or even try :(
After all this our taxi talked to the number listed on ticket and managed to take us to another bus stop much further away, thank god the bus was an hour late which held us make it.
