This is the 3rd time I have used this bus service, initially Istanbul to Bodrum then a return journey split into 2. Each time it has impressed me less, it was difficult to communicate with the attendant, he didn't know English and I don't know Turkish, I struggled to connect to the internet it was not accepting my reservation number, when used a translate app to ask the attendant he said try passport number which didn't work and then he said because I'm not Turkish I can use the facility. The leg room for my seat was very narrow especially as passenger in from reclined back as much as they could which made it worse. For such a long journey I was very uncomfortable. The bus gets stopped for Police to check ID, seems at random, I have experience this up to 3 times on my first trip, was just the once on this service. I am glad I leaving Turkey tomorrow and not returning so won't be using this service again.
