I couldn't find the bus at the departure station (Milano Lampugnano). No information was provided about the name of the Eurolines company travelling to my destination, which changes from time to time, making it difficult to recognize the bus. The expensive phone customer service of Isilines wasn't able to tell me if the bus had already left from Milan or not.
The main issues of the trip: the toilet on board was out of order and more than 30 minute delay at destination
Driver was very rude and not helpful. Time of arrival was way different from the one expected.
I would remove one of the two stops in Turin to gain 30 min in the overall trip length.
Two stops in Turin within few km are too much. If the bus stops only once, the travel shortens by 30 min.
Very good. Will use it again. Thanks!
