Etna Trasporti Taormina Catania recent customer reviews
We signed up for a 7:15 in Taormina to arrive in Catania at 8:22. It was one of the express buses. The bus stopped at every stop and we did not arrive at CTA until 9:10.
The bus was punctual. The driver was very rude and not helpful. Initially he did not allow us entering the bus because he said It was full although there were many places left. We told him that we had already tickets booked on Internet and he insisted on not allowing us going into the bus. Finally he checked our tickets in a very rude way and treating us very badly.
Very good, although the person at the ticket office in Taormina was rude and unhelpful.

However, there were complaints about issues such as late arrivals and unhelpful staff at the Taormina bus station.
