Driver was rude to customers and didn’t explain well. He became angry cause some people got off in Belgrade where he chose to fuel so we weren’t allowed to get off until Billings. That’s a long way without a bathroom break. I ran to the bathroom when we arrived, ordered an Uber ride and discovered my glasses had slipped from my pocket. I tried to ask at the counter what to do but was ignored while one of the counter ladies yelled at an obviously special needs customer about his bag. When she finally addressed me I got the same attitude, treated like I’m stupid. My Uber was arriving soon so i Walked around building on a public sidewalk to speak to the driver. The clerk had come outside and continued yelling at me and kept yelling at me at such a level that I threatened to call the police. I was very frustrated by then And yelled back at her to stop yelling at me. The driver then slammed the door in my face. I turned and my Uber driver was waiting so I left.
