The bus driver was helpful and polite. The last bus I took was greyhound a few years ago and every driver we encountered was very rude. One threatened to leave a woman on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere because her baby was crying. One ran a red light in Salina and we were almost hit by a semi. I was happy that this driver was very polite and cautious

Got the impression that this was the first time this driver had done this route - she got lost twice. Not her fault, Jefferson should be training staff properly and getting new drivers to shadow routes before driving them, or have an experienced driver with them the first few times they do a new route.

There were people on the bus who didn't know the bus would stop at all the little towns, and these people were angry. If they would have had a little map with all the stops, they may have been easier to deal with.
