Friendly older Driver I recognized. Bus is new clean & relaxing. Driver very informative & kind. Made the trip enjoyable. Their was a few children under age of 10 but they were pretty good to. Will be traveling again next month to Columbus Ohio. Have a Blessed day.

I really enjoyed the bus ride I wish your guy's WiFi would actually work after 30 minutes of being connected to it, it disconnected me and wouldn’t let me connect back to it and kept telling me to check back in 2 hours but besides that the bus ride was nice

I enjoyed the bus itself, good temp, nice easy ride. I did not like waiting in the cold for am hour because of how late it was.

My first bus arrived to my transport late and second left early meaning I had to use other means to get to my destination. Confused why this occurred since both were jefferson lines i would have thought they would know that one bus had people transferring to the other.
