Peter Pan New York City Amherst recent customer reviews
There seemed to be a lot of confusion in the New York Bus Terminal. Travelers were standing on the line according to the sign that listed their destination. In my case, I even asked an employee what gate to stand at. However, the attendent redirected me and others to stand on different lines. When my bus came, we all loaded into a bus, only to be told to get off and go a different bus. So, our bus left slightly late. I am thankful that I got to my destinations despite all the confusion. However, next time (if there is a next time) I may not be so lucky.

It was too cold in the bus. Weather wasn't warm and this conditioner was freezing us all.

The purpose of the trip was to get from New York to Amherst Massachusetts. I arrived safely, however, the advertised internet connections and charger plug -ins were not working, which made for a boring ride once my phone and tablet lost their charge. All in all, I would ride with Peter Pan again regardless.
