Bad - no breaks and toilet was broken with no light and blood and diahorrhea all over basin. Driver reluctant to stop and had to almost beg him.
I didn't like at all their service, they didn't care about the people, and didn't ofer answer regarding the bus. The bus ended up late for 2:30 hour!! And they didn't tell us anything, addition to that, me and 2 other girls where told to get off the bus because there is no space. Unacceptable! Than i was told there is other company who can take me now but it was a lie. I had to wait another 1:30 hour. Not going to take that company again!
Good things: reclining seats, working toilet on board. The bad: freezing aircon, driver plays very loud music all night so can't sleep. Curly toads on way to Cali, very bumpy and almost fell out of seat. Some seats did not have working seatbelts.
Enjoyed the kindness of the staff on the bus. The main issue was that the bus got to the destination two + hours late, turning a four hour trip into over six hours. That wouldn't be so bad if that is the length of time they would have said in the first place. I think there were a few stops were they were picking up people en route in order to fill up the bus, which is play but probably didn't help keep the bus on schedule. Other than that, nice bathroom stop and driver.
It took 13 hours to go from Bogota to Salento instead of 7 hours. No appolagies were made, no information about the delay, we had to find out ourselves
The bus left around 11pm at night and then for the next few hours they played an action movie with really loud volume. We asked them to turn it down a bit, but they didn’t do it. We weren’t able to sleep and it was also very cold, so we were freezing the whole time.
One of the drivers was smoking and I had to knock on the door to ask him to stop smoking as the smoke was coming into the cabin and bothering several of us.
The door between the cabin and the driver was constantly locked and every time that the bus stopped, the driver left and us, the passengers were locked inside the bus. We knocked on the door and asked to go outside, but the driver wasn't there to hear us, so we remained trapped on the bus. This happened 4-5 times during the trip between Bogota-Medellin.
There was a 30-40min lunch stop during which we all had to leave the bus and sit at a restaurant while it was raining and we didn't want to get off the bus.
The plugs under our seats and those behind us didn't work, but we managed to charge our laptops using the plugs on the left side of the bus. The people sitting there were kind enough to let us do so.
The bus left Bogota 20min late.
There was an accident on the way to Medellin, which contributed about 1 hour to our delay. However, our overall delay was 4 hours. The journey took 14 hours instead of 10 hours.
The bus was cancelled but we weren't informed until we arrived at the bus station. The staff were not helpful in the situation and didn't help us rearrange our travel.
Staff were friendly, was very clean but the journey took almost 12 hours, not the 9 it said online. We may look at alternative travel to come back as honestly it was exhausting. We missed our reservation at a restaurant and were not able to get any food when we arrived as it was so late.
Very confusing when we got to bus terminal we saw the Bogota bus driver said it wasn't this one we went to ask people who said it was the bus. 4 hours delay 2 hours due to crash at start. Driver dropping people off all over Bogota which meant more delays. Overall bad experience
Our bus broke down, we just had to wait and no one informed us about what happend and what the plan was. Then we had to wait for 2,5 hour for a new bus on the side of the road. After that we drove half an hour in the new bus and then the bus took an hour break…. In total the trip took 4(!!) hours longer than planned. The service in all this was really bad.
We departed 40 mins later from Bogota. Then we made another stop at a bogota bus terminal, losing again 20 minutes. After that we stopped for 40(!!) Minutes in Ubagué. We booked a trip of 6h30m to Armenia. In the end we arrived at 17u45, which means it took us almost 9 hours!!! We missed things of this at our destination.
