Wonderful service in every way except for the loudness of the movies.
I was sent to three different counters for my ticket. It took me over an hour to obtain my ticket.
Very uncomfortable for an overnight bus. Seats we booked didn’t match seats on ourticket
Very bad smell on the bus in general and was situated beside the toilet to add to the already bad smell
Is very useful expresó Brasilia the pilot not know route way and the air is very very cold, I was desgusting me experience!
Bus was over 4 hours late... many stops throughout the night.
Unfortunately we didn’t have a great experience from Bogota to Medellín. The bus was comfortable at least and played movies. We had a 6:40am bus scheduled to arrive in Medellin at 4:40pm. We left at 7:00, and we were not even in Manizales by 4:40pm. Which Ian nearly 4 hours away from Medellín. Unsure why this was because at that point there hadn’t been no stand still traffic. It was past Manizales that we hit stand still traffic 3 different times. Traffic is understandable, there is not controlling that, but the fact that we were so far behind prior was frustrating. We at least had enough water. There were no updates or explanations. We arrived in Medellín at 10:40pm.
Bus driver careful in his driving. Bus : toilet facilities totally unacceptable, lacking soap, hand paper towels, toilet tissue. No flushing availability to toilet bowl. A disgrace and/and a public health hazard! Driver advised of same and customer referred to company HQ to lodge complaint!!
A good service and bus
Great seats. Lots of legroom. We left late and reached late. There’s roadwork on in some parts so we lost time there too I took the bus to experience the Andes, and be up close to the mighty Magdalena. Both objectives fulfilled The driver was quite “wild”
Good, can give blankets as is a cold drive
There are no safety belts in the bus. I've been in a bus accident before and it wasn't pleasant. It would have been a lot worse without a safety belt.
very comfy, large seats, good temperature
Better than many riding experiences I read.
Good. Nothing bad but also nothing special. Would take again.
A bit cold on board.
Friendly staff and a comfortable ride. Cam seats recline to a comfortable level. Bus did stop randomly throughout the night.
We waited for more than an hour
The trip was smooth. But the Aircon was terrible
Long route but Bolivariano trys To make it comfortable. The route is very windy though, so be ready to feel uneasy.
Very uncomfortable bus. No blankets provided. Sat next to the toilet as we booked last minute, very smelly. Also the Rapido Ochoa sign on bus meant some passengers (like us) couldn’t see out the window. Seatbelt did not work properly. 2 hours late.
Had a very cold night! The AC was blasting. Everybody was covering themselves with jackets. No English subtitles on the movies and the light wasn’t working so couldn’t read :(( NO food as opposed to Bolivia, Peru and Ecuador so need to bring your own. On the other hand the seats were comfortable, the TV was working and the bus was clean.
The bus was well equiped but arrived too late
The driver stopped constantly - he added about 3 hours into the journey time - he was stopping to talk to people and drop packages and it make a 9 hour ride over 12 hours - not a good time
Safe, skilled experienced professional
Bus was comfortable and easy
Everything on time, the bus was just not really comfortable even in the premium class. Not enough space for a regular European (1,75 meters).
