Bus Tickets from Bogotá to Medellín

The bus was a little late boarding, but we still arrived earlier than expected. It was very clean with comfortable, spacious seats. They even had movies to watch (in Spanish). The driver was very safe.

The ride was excellent, left and arrived at the estimated time, the seats were spacious and there was good air conditioning.

The terminal was easy to navigate with friendly staff. The bus was comfortable. The temperature was too cool though & there was water dripping onto our seat from above.

AWFUL! Not the bus they advertised. No aircon, no toilet, children(bus drivers children…)screaming, dogs puking. It left 40 mins behind schedule. The first 1.5 hours consisted of picking up random people (without tickets) off the side of the streets to fill the empty spots (and even when the bus was full!!). Stopping every 3-4 mins. No leg room, awful smell. Half way through our trip to Medellin (from bogota) we were told to get off this bus on the side of the road and move into a bigger bus in front of us. No warning. This bus was better, but we had to sit in bad seats as we got on with people who had already been travelling for hours. Avoid at alllll costs

terrible , it was late by around 5 hours as the driver would stop to have a ciggarete

It was terrible. Our bus was scheduled to get into Medellin at 7.30pm, by that time we were only halfway there, I asked the driver why we were so delayed and he simply said we will get there at midnight and blamed the traffic even though every hour we were stopping so they could smoke cigarettes for 5/10 minutes. Midnight came and we still weren’t in Medellin and then the bus broke down, there was no communication to the passengers about what they were doing, at 2.30am another bus from a different company stopped and took us the rest of the way, we didn’t get to our hotel till 4am!

we were seated seperatley with my himusband and it was cold in bus. We arrived 2 hours later in destination.

The bus was very safe and punctual however it was so hot on board and the road so twisty that I had to get off to be sick. Not ideal really but I survived

Very bad smell on the bus in general and was situated beside the toilet to add to the already bad smell

Overall good

Bus ran to time and the bus it self was clean, spacious and fairly new. The driving was abit erratic at times, noting there were hills and was an overnight bus. The bus did not stop much, except for stops along the way for packages in random locations. Would recommend the overnight bus, but pack warm clothes.

The overnight ride Bogota to Medellin was fine ..however! seat 15 adjuster was broken (either fully reclined or full upright) ..and there was no AC power outlet under seat, contrary to signage)

The worst one, the journey was 15 h long instead of 12, the bus was making so many stops, because of the "private business" he was doing with some locals. I highly don't recommend this company
