Boarding process was confusing and little or no information from staff. Bus was FREEZING
Efficient and pleasant
Departure later 30 mins but we arrive 1hours and 30 mins earlier. Good experience
The bus drove too fast in a massive rainstorm with incredibly wet roads, there were numerous times when myself and two other passengers we drove with felt unsafe. He was cornering like a race car. We arrived an hour and a half early, I’d have rather they drove safely and we arrived on time.
Driver drove very badly, way too fast and turned on and off the air condition all the time
Bolivariano staff were very good. However our bus journey was a lot longer than estimated time. Our journey to Salento was then 12 hours instead of estimated 10 hours.
Good bus and good ride
Comfortable but way too cold in the bus
Left a little late, and then arrived 5hrs late! Also they played music very loudly for the whole journey. Every passenger is given earphones to listen to the entertainment provided, or they prefer to sleep. Playing loud music for the whole journey is really annoying for everyone.
The A/C was a little bit too cold but the trip was great.
The bus left on time. The seats are just normal seats with a little recline so not very comfortable to sleep in. The aircon was cranking so it can get cold - bring some extra layers. I didn’t sleep at all as I couldn’t get comfortable. Arrived about 2 and a half hours early but that wasn’t an issue for us.
Bus driver was blaring music for the entire trip, whilst people tried to sleep. Bus was also 2 hours early?!
Seats were very nice. The fact that there was a toilet also very good. Would be nice if there was toilet paper
It was very cold and the driver drive real fast. We arrived way too early
Nice bus, wifi and enough space. We left on time and arrived on time. Only thing i didnt like was the airco and the loud noise from the tvscreens
Not the driver’s fault, but a big accident caused a immense delay. Also the temperature was very cold in the bus.
Muy buen servicio y comodidad pero llegamos dos horas tarde a Armenia por culpa de una avería y después un accidente
No es un bus cama realmente. Conduccion temeraria.
I rather would have left at 11:45pm and be there at 6:40
Good bus, nice chairs and leg space. Only feedback: wifi was not working well
Nice bus. Aircon a little bit all over the place and entertainment was quite loud. Overall an okay and efficient trip.
Videos were shown until 1:30 am, extremely loud. Air conditioning was super cold
No toilet paper or running water in the washroom which was not clean. Very unhygienic. Staff at window took printed tickets off us and then we had issues when another member of Staff on the bus requested we show them our ticket. Language barrier meant we couldn't communicate what happened.
Ride was good, except the driver wanted to go really quick after the lunch
Ok, but toilets and air conditioning remain a problem
Very old bus. But surprisingly it had WiFi onboard.
