Everything went well except an unmarked Ouibus arrived to take us to Lille. It was not in the Oubus designated area (taken by a Flixbux). We did not know this was our bus until a Ouibus marked bus arrived. We asked the driver of this bus if this was our bus. He said know and directed us to the unmarked bus. Without this help (which was by luck) we would have missed our bus which left after 2 minutes. There needs to be more signage or if the bus is not in the appropriate stop, the driver should call out to passengers so they know where to go.

The driver was yelling everybody that he was a police officer from Netherlands and that we shouldn't make him waste his time by asking him things that in his opinion were very clear (baggage drop in cabin or in hold, etc). That made people follow totally the rules (considering the number of people there were), and he treated everybody the same but in a hard way. And yes, it was probably a bit too hard. No need to yell "yes is yes and no is no", "no fit on the cabin it means it goes to the hold" didn't have any problem and in general he was nice inside of his "police" mode. Just to point out thar we are clients of a company not militars on a war... by the way, he probably was too hard because he was alone. There were so many people for just one driver without assistance... The day before I had used Flixbus and on the boarding, there were 2 people supervising. Maybe because of the amount of people and him being alone, he has to react this way in order to control correctly all. A weird bus trip...

Yes, there are power outlets and USB plugs on OUIBUS. No need to fear running out of battery during the best part of your movie! Note that OUIBUS might use replacement buses, so we recommend bringing a battery pack, just in case.
Yes, OUIBUS has a toilet on board. The toilet is located at the back of the bus or near the middle. Remember to bring hand sanitizer with you, as most buses do not have running water.
