Bus Tickets from London to Toronto

Driver was okay but bus was so dirty—powdery crumbs, dust, dirt and just random bits of stuff everywhere. I have allergies that aren’t too bad but after a while my nose was fully clogged and my eyes were watery. Driver was on time and everything else was fine I just felt that the bus needed to be cleaner for the amount I paid

Service was on time, Seats were comfortable and clean. Overhead seat light did not work.And I could not get on WiFi

The bus broke in Kitchener and I had to pay more than 100$ for a cab to get to the meeting in time

Good. Was on time ! That was great. But it would have been nicer to be able to board earlier as it was cold waiting outside.

The bus was a bit late leaving and reaching the destination, but it was understandable given the weather conditions. The driver was able to skirt some of the busier parts of the highway by getting off and taking local roads. The bathroom did not have water of cleansers available. The seats were a bit cramped. The ride is long because of a stop that takes the bus well off the major road.

The bus sent a notification that it was delayed, then came on time and left without me

The traffic was heavy and your competent drivers made it stress free. We just relaxed.

I arrived at the pickup point 10 minutes earlier. The ticket and the booking confirmation showed OurBus as the operator, so I waited for an OurBus to arrive. After two follow-ups with an OurBus agent, I received an email with an updated booking confirmation and ticket, showing OneXBus as the operator. However, this bus had left around 40 minutes before OurBus sent me the updated information. So I missed the bus while standing there in the heavy snowfall for over 1 hour, watched the OneXBus leaving, had to pay an Uber to take me to Toronto, and almost missed my flight because of OurBus terrible customer service and miscommunication.

The bus didn't even arrived. We were at the esso gas station waiting since 8:10am for bus time was 8:30 am. We waited till 9:15 before leaving to go back. No communication from the bus company.

Our pick spot was on confirmed email to go to white oaks in London at rbc and lucky a buds driver seen us standing in the wintery mix and came and told us he does not do pick up there anymore should have been associated station. So why is confirmation email sent day before travel not stating proper pick up location

I liked that busline emailed me to keep me appraised of arrival time and that I could track where it was while I was waiting to be picked up.

The bus was late with no notice as well as the bus pickup spot was indicated incorrectly.

My mom said it was the bus ride she's ever been on. Loved the big seat. And that she got to have the seat to her self. And the snacks was a nice touch! On schedule as well.. Definitely will be using there service again.

This was the BEST bus trip I have ever experienced between London and Toronto, bar none. The bus seemed brand new. The seats were large and comfortable with plenty of leg room. There was free wifi and hookups all worked. There were complimentary hot and cold beverages, including snacks. The bus arrived on time and we arrived at the destination exactly on time. Ravinder's driving was faultless, and Jocelyn, our hostess, couldn't have been friendlier or of greater assistance. I will book with them at EVERY opportunity that is presented.

The bus was on time which was great. I was surprised to find out that they offered complimentary snacks and drinks. All in all a great experience.
