Delayed departure and arrival time, almost 1 hour and I missed my Ottawa bus. No reasons given and no apologies 👌. Unfriendly staff. I got charged extra $29 for 1 bag. Overall terrible experience

I did not enjoy that the train was dated/old and run down. I really didn't like that one of the attendants thought it was nap time between stations and told me and the two friends we were traveling with it keep it down when we were using our inside voices. Maybe there could be a quiet cart for customers and staff who want to nap!
