Rider Express Edmonton Calgary recent customer reviews
My bus arrived to my stop before scheduled which was great and left on time however, for the first 1hr and 40min, the driver was complaining to his coworker about how he couldn’t see the road, due to the sun and a problem with his glasses. It wasn’t until about 15 minutes until Red Deer (the bus was going from Edmonton to Calgary) that they decided to switch drivers. I arrived roughly 20 minutes late to my final destination
This was my first time taking the bus, so I was unsure what to expect. The ride was smooth; the bus was clean. The bus driver was pleasant and helpful. I had a great experience. I will be riding the bus again with Rider Express.
Was too much late have to pick another bus even my cancel request was declined without my no fault my trip was of 8:45 the bus was showing depart 9:30 after every 15 mins

the bus had to stop 4 times and wouldn’t start and we had to wait an extra 15-20 minutes at Reddeer and I was late for my reasoning for the trip.
Was great.. bus was on time to my destination. Very comfortable too. Very affordable.
Our driver was amazing! He was super friendly and his jokes had our whole bus laughing! I called the help line ahead of time to ask which part of the airport the bus would pick me up at and the lady who helped me was also friendly and told our driver to make sure to keep an eye out for me incase I was at the wrong spot. Awesome experience all-around!

Your driver made all the difference. The time table was kept because he was efficient, kept passage's moving with luggage and tickets. Run a good tight ship which I appreciate
I was very satisfied with my experience with the Canada bus. The staff were extremely friendly and very understanding of our circumstances since we were going to be late. Very much appreciated especially from staff member Varun. He was so kind and understanding and calm when we were stressed about missing the bus. He handed us chips and said that the was waiting for us to leave.
According to multiple reviews, customers express dissatisfaction with the service as their journeys were canceled without prior notification. This issue seems to be consistent across several reviews.

Not great, it said there would be electricity etc on the bus but there wasn’t, none of us could hear the lady driving the bus, it was over heated, and two seats I sat in had seatbelts but nothing to put the seatbelt in to use it
25 minutes late picking us up, stopped in red deer and left someone behind, had to turn around half way down the highway to go pick him up, way over an hour later than the ticket stated
To be honest bus was comfy but boarding was about 20 minutes late. Making arivale about 30 min late into calgary have never really felt with this company so could just be an odd ball.
