The bus arrived at the Marriott at exactly the departure time, so we were worried that we had missed it, as there was no clear bus stop outside the hotel.
This is a convenient and affordable service to get from Calgary to Banff. I was a little confused about where to catch the shuttle in Calgary and it was quite cold inside the shuttle. Minor things, I will use this service again.
Happy to see the driver was concerned with missing people and tried to contact them before we left Calgary. So while we were late leaving I was ok with it
The bus driver was excellent, definitely the absolute best part of the trip. He went above and beyond and he would be a huge reason why I'd recommend using rtb tours That guy should get a promotion!
This was my first time using RBT. Very comfortable ride with working Wifi. Very courteous driver. The driver even verified that a no show was in fact a no show
Ref# 2428 Order#8286020. This service seems very unorganized and careless. I waited for about 2 hours as suggested by the hotel employees. After frantically asking almost every taxi, shuttle and bus, I was forced to take a $150 Uber ride. I will try to resolve this at the end of my stay in Alberta when I have time.
Another issue was that the driver failed to announce the stops we arrived at. Annoying played the radio which was not the experience I had when going to Edmonton from Calgary and back (x2 - those were good)
My experience on the RTB Shuttle was great! Tony, the company owner, was awesome! Very very helpful! I was being picked up from the airport and couldn’t make the bus on time because of the time my plane landed. Tony offered to pick me up at the airport and take me to meet the bus at it’s next stop so I could still make it to Banff that day! My experience with this company was amazing, the buses are very clean as well and accommodating!
Only problem I had was the description of the departure stop, was a little confusing due to typos. There was a bit of stress that I might not have interpreted these correctly and might be waiting in the wrong place.
Good service, however boarding was stressful and felt unorganised... too many people trying to get on one bus and little communication to the passengers
The only issues we had were the lateness in bus leaving Calgary and driver didn’t appear to care about running to the schedule. we’d been told this was to be strictly adhered to by the passengers. We were told to be at the pickup place at least 30 mins before departure and we’d leave at 8pm sharp. We left Calgary at 8.45 and arrived Banff at 10.30 am
It wasn't horrible. Didn't show up at the stop we selected. Seems they canceled that stop a few days before and we missed that information. Very upset.
Very bad service lost my money unnecessarily due to bad management and service and no customer service and suffer whole family in cold weather. It’s was a Bad experience of our whole live in travel and still staff not accepting their poor service. I really want to complain officially to higher management
The bus was 20 minutes late arriving. By the time he’d gotten everyone and their belongings on board, we were 30 minutes late. He apologised prior to departure for being late & explained that he needed 8 hours off his last shift, which is why he was late arriving (why wasn’t another bus conductor provided then?!). After apologising, he proceeded to hold off leaving for a further 5 minutes to tell the bus load of people his jokes! Not impressed! I paid good money & we were 35 minutes late leaving in the end.
