Conscientious driver as well as clean bus

I thought only greyhound traveled across the United States, glad I found red coach.

I was very satisfied with the bus ride. It would be nice to have a large Red Coach sign on the WHITE bus. However I will certainly travel with RedCoach again. Thanks

very cheap to go to Miami from Orlando. but the smell is bad and the restroom is very dirty.

The bus driver, Mr. Gregory was kind, humorous and a good driver. The ride would have been perfect except the air conditioner didn’t work properly and we either froze or sweated.

Very nice drive by the driver and was good and safe trip.

Better than what i expected after reading negative reviews of other passengers on delay there trip... put still the customer service replay slowly and kind of rude ...not understanding customer worry or fears from the service

During the trip the bus was stuck in traffic. The driver did a u-turn on the highway over a dirt island to turn around which was very unsafe. Also, to catch up on time the driver was going very fast.

The tier exploded while the bus was on the highway, I've never been startled like that on a bus before.

It was very impressive

It is good. Could be better, seems that maintenance of details is not happening, for example the emergency windows are noisily and seems just some WD40 can solve easy

It was really a great experience riding Red Coach first class my two-year-old really enjoyed the blue lights it was a very comfortable the driver was on point with time and deliverance we arrived back to Jax, FL maybe 30 min before we were suppose to arrived thank yoi we will be riding again

Overall satisfied

The bus had no heat from Jacksonville FL to Atlanta GA and it was 45° I was so cold I couldn't sleep . I am hoping it doesn't happen again

Bus never showed up to pickup point. I had to board my correct bus at a connection point one hour later.

Clean, safe, reliable service

Very disappointed in this service. They changed the pickup location without advising me, and changed the dropoff location without advising me. When I asked the driver where we would be dropped off, she gave me the wrong address and my family who was picking me up had to drive to 3 different locations to find me. Company has many deficiencies that need to be corrected. Very poor communication within the company and between the company and its customers.

Extremely late, left shivering in the cold for 2 hours.
