I have lost my luggage over a month now and I kept calling all they said they are running their surveillance cameras and have never got a response from them
Started out in Miami 10 minutes late, it became 25 minutes late, but arrived in Gainesville 2-3 minutes early
I wish there was more communication to us passengers, for instance when we switched busses. The second driver was very helpful in telling us Wi-Fi password, his name, where we were arriving at the stops, but not word on the first bus. We as passengers are kinda in the dark what is happening sometimes
It was a bad experience in the beginning the driver was very mean disrespectful and rude he even shut my arm up in the door and I would never recommend no one else to your company again I would never ride your bus again cuz now my arm is hurt and I am in the ER
Customer service is the worst. The bus never showed up. When I called CS, will admit I was irritated(standing in 100 degrees with no shade for over 40 minutes ) he hung up on me. Had to change my itinerary twice. When the price change was higher I was charged. The second time the price was lower, I was not reimbursed.
Comfortable seating. Temperature was good. Could have been a little more prompt and driver should be more communicative. Also staff at terminal.should greet persons coming in and give them some guidance on the process , where to wait, which bus etc...especially for first time users of the service
The driver was amazing! Just a beautiful ride with a good speed and not even one sudden brake! It was raining hard for a while and the driver was very careful.
It was a good ride! I will recommend it to my family and friends
Redcoach is excellent overall. The seats are big and comfy and recline. They run on time and very reliable which is important. The only thing I didn’t like was that the bus was absolutey freezing and made the ride uncomfortable. I was literally shaking it was so cold from the AC.
I payed for business class but i got regular bus .my 5 member of family (kids) were disappointed.
The driver with white shirt ( he didn’t want make his short dirty ) make me and my wife loading my 10 suitcase going inside the cabinet under the bus .
Looks like loading the luggage is the part of the customer job.
The driver is hangry no eyes contact no smiling .The 1st time the bus driver work like is the boss just look at the customer who is doing the driver job .
The opposite on jun 02nd i have excellent experience with red coach .
You’re pick up spot nothing wrong with the location but a little more information on what is if it wasn’t for people around the street would never know that the bus just stop on the side of the road for pick up got to do something bout that
