It was a good trip, get pricing for two checking bags and a carry on. They were quick during their stops and there was plenty of leg space. I don’t really have an bad things to say about the ride, it was solid for its price.

Our bus got a tire blown out and we had to wait about 90 minutes for help with the tire and then wait for it to be changed, and our options were either outside in the heat or inside the bus without a/c. Our power outlets also did not work the entire trip. Once the tire got changed, it was a smooth drive, but the extensive delay made our arrival time jump from 5:50pm to 8:50pm. This 3 hour delay caused me to miss a show that I was to attend on Orlando, the whole reason for my trip, which was scheduled to start at 8:00pm. By the time I arrived to my show, I was only able to catch the last 20 minutes, since the venue was about 15 minutes away. How can FlexiBus reimburse me for this trip, since I missed the event I was meant to go, due to their delay.
