I wish the sockets worked so I could have charged my phone otherwise great
The bus itself is kind of old but everything works and the staff was very courteous and pleasant.
It is the best bus company I have ever ride with. The sits were incredible. Great driver. PS. At the end of the trip somebody left a pink backpac on the bus station were we were drop off. I gave it to thw bus driver.
The second driver was very rude
very nice ride
Wish the instructions for where the bus stop is in Tampa would be clearer.
Unfortunately my trip start kind of uncomfortable, once I board bus at tampa turn head light on to read book through out the trip, however was told by driver that he expect for me to turn light off asap because will distract him while driven to have that light on, I turn my light right away for the whole trip to avoid any distraction to the driver, however I was seating three rows from front entrance, making me feel so unsecure due to the darkness of the cabin, arrive into orlando ahead of schedule we had over and hour lay over, 30 min before departure we were told we have another hour delayed, no reason was given, my schedule was from tampa orlando Miami, after board in orlando we were told now we will stop at ft lauderdale, making more inconvenience after all the delays and inconvenience, my arrival schedule was at 420 however end up getting around 630am, two hours delayed, I could understand inconvenience may happen, the way this situation was handled was very unprofessional, I tough greyhound was more profecional ethnic company, I do not judge the passenger but just the way company is handle the communication between the customer and ground employees, I would have to think before take a desicion of use your service again or recommend it to friend and families, I wish I could have u a 5 start, but honestly don't meet my expectations, customer service is the most important in any corporation, my personal opinion after service received , is not acceptable
Great service and great trip!!
The driver was great, very polite and funny. He explained how I best got to where I needed to go, and explained a little about Miami to me, which was great, as a tourist.
Our experience was quite unfortunate. We experienced a power failure the night before an early bus trip, and no one got to sleep until 2:30am, so we all slept through our alarms. Our problem, not theirs. We received a courtesy call from the service person at pick up time and told him that my son would miss the bus from Tampa to Miami. Then, after my foggy brain woke up, I called back to see when and where the next stop on the line was...gee, maybe we could still intercept! Indeed, I talked with the same person, asked the question, told him my son had missed the early bus and specifically asked when and where the next stop was, and asked if we would have to repay the cost of the ticket. So I thought he understood we would be there. We drove to the stop (Ft Myers) and arrived 20 minutes early. Waited until the pick up time, no bus. Called back, and was told the bus came through 30 minutes before the pick up time he had given me. Then he said "we tell people to be at the stop 30 minutes before the pick up time". Well, that would have been really helpful information to have give me earlier. It was a long car ride to Miami (but at least it was quality time) and back. And a wasted $50, for lack of communication.
The bus driver was very friendly and waited for everyone to be on board.
Best bus experience thue far. Very easy, cheap & reliable
I like it so good
Great bus driver!! Very nice and driving was excellent! I will tell my friends to ride with Redcoach.
Incredible air inside of bus. Restroom is not clean and its wheather comes to bus inside.
I’ll start with saying the driver was VERY nice and made every effort to make it a good experience. However, there were several problems with the trip. First, apparently I was not on the drivers list even though I had a valid ticket. Thankfully in the confirmation email the customer service number they provided went directly to the driver so he was able to turn around and come pick me up. If it wouldn’t have been for that, I would have not been picked up. Secondly, we were not in a bus but instead an unmarked minivan. As a first time Florida Red Line customer, it was a little sketchy to get in a van that I had no idea was even the correct vehicle. Also, the back door of the van did not open so the driver had to load all the luggage through the side doors. Apparently, the van was hit last week and that is why the door doesn’t open. Overall, i was very impressed with the driver but the company has some things they need to work on to better their quality of service.
a very friendly and helpful driver who arrived at the airport in good time.
Bathroom stinks all over the bus , ac not cold, driver didn’t stop talking very loud on the phone. Seats very confortable at least...
I had to make a connection, the first driver was awfully rude and the second bus was over 20 minutes late
The electricity plugs didn't work in today's bus of 11h30 from Tampa to Miami. The driver was very kind and professional.
I won't take Greyhound again after what happened. The connection bus at Orlando to Miami may have been dealing with issues but the staff was rude and impatient. Our Tampa bus arrived around 10:30pm and we were supposed to leave at 12:01am. Around 11:30-11:40pm there was an announcement that we were delayed until 1:30am. Not one person gave an announcement or anything to update the 15+ people waiting. When I went to the counter to ask the young lady working, she was curt and didn't answer. We finally left the station at 3:00am. Never taking Greyhound again. A 5hour wait time is ridiculous but the worst was the customer service and how the staff didn't care. The only people nice were the security guards and the men serving food in the cafeteria.
the bus was late 3 hours!
Please follow the bus schedule!!
Bad condition bus - dirty and cushionless
