Disappointed that nobody could help us with our situation

Natacha E.March 5, 2020 |

Not comfortable. Shaking a lot. Moslty the problem is that it is impossible to work in the bus: no tables to work and Internet wasn't working.

Dubois N.March 5, 2020 |

Avtar C.March 4, 2020 |

The seats were not very comfortable and the bus made a rather disturbing noise at the front end with poor shock absorbers. The ride was not smooth. The staff were very helpful.

Virginia R.March 4, 2020 |

the very old bus broke down part way to Ottawa.34 people waited 3.5 hours for a back up bus to come and get us.

Othman H.March 2, 2020 |

The trip was good... the driver gave an excellent service. The only thing I missed: - the location where I have to take the bus for the first time. I was stressed to find out the location of the bus at Aéroport of Montreal because no indication in the web site to facilitate this ... To comeback to Montreal on Next Friday I don’t know the location of Greyhound either...

Busride went very smoothly Im not sure why they aren't better able to predict arrival time with all the experience they have and technology available for this.

Kalifan G.March 1, 2020 |

Today Greyhound was disaster. I had to take the 7:00 Am bus I've arrived to the bus location at 6:15 am printed the ticket then they added 15 minutes from regular time after almost 7:30 am they said it's delayed. All my plans had to change and even missing my appointments I have in ottawa. And the Bus staff used unprofessional way to tell us that the bus is not available until they didn't even care for us.

Chantal G.February 29, 2020 |

No power outlet on the bus, no wifi... Not enough room for my long legs and the heat was at maximum level, I almost got naked because it was too hot in the bus. But the driver was nice.

Martha T.February 29, 2020 |

Way to go Greyhound!

Abiodun O.February 29, 2020 |

The bus was too crowded and not close not convenient and comfortable.

Wilmar U.February 29, 2020 |

Sandy A.February 28, 2020 |

I submitted an claim by phone: 1- bus left 15min late 2- first 1.5 hrs bus had no heating and we are in February 3- after 1.5 hr bus broke down , we stayed in tim hortons for over 3hrs until another bus came to pick us up . The whole road from Montreal to ottowa is 1.5 hours this is unacceptable.
