Bus Tickets from Genève Airport to Chamonix Mont Blanc

Terable,we had a 2 hr delay & arrived at the desk 2 minutes after the agreed time to find knowone there ,had to book another with a different company ,not the best 😡

Overall poor. Check in staff friendly and polite. I asked if the bus was definitely leaving at 4:15 and Gareth replied yes. We did not leave Geneva airport until 4:55 by which time we hit rush hour traffic. So what should have been a 90 minute journey took two hours. I asked Gareth at the checkin desk how many stops the bus would make before Les Praz. Was told Chamonix sud, Chamonix centre and Alpina. But the driver missed these and went straight to Les praz. So 6 passengers who should have been dropped off before me weren’t. I heard the driver tell another passenger he’d go back to Chamonix but the there was a party of 12 or so girls heading up to Argentiere who understandably were put out at another 15 minute delay to their journey. This is the first time I used alpine fleet but my wife had once before. She had the same bad experience.

It was a little confusing, trying to figure out which bus we were supposed to be on in the morning. But less confusion in the afternoon. Ride was very comfortable. Driver was a very safe driver. Bus was punctual.

Worked without a hitch. Bus was on time no issue with the ticket and the journey was comfortable and pleasant.

The bus was 12 minutes late and we arrived at 12:45 and not 12:15 as schedule. The driver did not even bothered himself to call the two situations’ names before arriving our destination. Swiss tours were exactly on time and their bus is a lot more convenient.

Driver was great. No prior warning in the ticket etc. that we needed to check in first however at the desk so a few of us were waiting outside the building. Please add this info. thanks.

Friendly reception team and very acceptable transfer facilities. Luggage in the hold even though “only carry on” advertised. Very competitive pricing.

They were 40 minutes late and there was no way to know, had to ask every bus that came if they knew where it was and ask others if they were looking for the same bus

Excellent - punctual/ perfect time of arrival - clean bus - pleasant driver - no complaints

My only complaint is that it was 50 minutes late.I’m fully aware that this isn’t the drivers fault if it’s traffic etc

Bus was on time and driver was friendly and helpful. We had a very enjoyable ride to Chamonix.

Bus and trip was fine. Bus driver was extremely rude. When checking in he he didnt understand how many bags we had despite showing him. It took another person to help intervene. He also questioned my friend significantly about the extra bag she had purchased despite her showing evidence of this bag. Other female passengers had issues with him too!

On time departure, clean bus - good charging connection for my phone - just couldn’t book two seats together for my friend
