Booked two months ago (W82779) . Received confirmation and 24 hours confirmation. We arrived the station a hour earlier, but the bus (3825) didn't show up. We asked several bus drivers but none knew the status. We finally knew this bus was canceled at 12:30, the next one would be 15:00 but we couldn't take since there was a prearranged conference call at that time. We finally set down to leave at 19:30 which was eight hours later than was planned. We wish we could be at least contacted for the cancelation, as it caused us two hours worries trying to get help to find out the bus status.

A ticket to Lyon airport which I sis not notice. Still I waited for the Geneva bus at 12.00. I asked every bus that came to bay 5 if it was going to Genève but was told No each time. Departure was scheduled
for 12.00. At 12.25 I gave up and took a train. After waiting in the rain for 1.5 hours. Ticket office was closed so nobody could reimburse my wrong ticket. I lost 15 euro. Never again. I speak fluent french.
