Spoke to female in ticket office on arrival at Marbella bus station to check e-ticket on phone was sufficient. When bus arrived driver would not accept and sent us to ticket office to collect printed ticket. From being there 30 min early we were last on and seated at opposite ends of bus.
your bus did not even stop when i am waiting on the motorway I want to be refunded because your service is terrible. the bus was late and there was another bus that arrived at 5:15 so when your bus arrived there was no space at the stop because there is only space for one bus.
I was not able to cancel on 26th August 2019 my return ticket for 28th August 2019 neither online or by phone. That is very disappointing.
The bus arrived 10 minutes late at Marbella from Algeciras. We also arrived 10 minutes late at Malaga.
The rest was ok.
Staff were unwelcoming and uninterested in helping us. The location given on the email for the bus stop was completely wrong and as a result we missed our bus from the airport to Marbella. This meant that we had to buy two more tickets. When getting the bus back we could not find the bus we were supposed to get and none of the staff were willing to help us. All round unenjoyable experience and a terrible start to our holiday. Will not be using the service again.
The lady driver was very rude and impolite with myself and other passengers. The way she speaks to people as if she owns the bus company. Not helpful at all when she’s asked a question about the final destination. When we arrived to Malaga station I’ve decided to tell her that it’s not right and polite to speak to me other 5 tourists and a bad way but her reply was shocking as she called me “SIN VERGUENZA”
I hope Avanza management will have a word with that lady driver.
Route: Marbella to Malaga
No departure board information and no information desk nor anyone who could tell us where our bus would leave from. Also, nothing on the front of the bus to reassure us it was going to Malaga bus station rather than the airport. Other English travellers were also having difficulties
Great Service. Just need to clarify the right bus on the ticket, because i had to stand in a long line which. Is something i dont like and thats why i got my ticket online to ask about the bus line which was incorrect on the ticket
Booking with Busbud was easy. Unfortunately when I got to Marbella bus station the platform that the bus was supposed to depart from was changed with no notification hence I missed my bus to the airport and had to pay 70 euro for taxi. The bus staff were very unhelpful.
