Driver helpful, gave advice from what platform to continue with local carrier to portimao, final destination. Smooth ride.
The bus driver was texting while driving and swerving on the road. He drove very slow and was rude to the passengers
The bus is not confortable for a long journey. The seat is very hard and there is no curtains to close the outside lights. Thanks.
I appreciate the 24 hour notice email. I also like the smooth check in with the driver. Being on time is nice.
Was a pleasant and exciting, calm and cultured journey.
The screen never said the bus was going to Lisbon so we almost missed the bus trying to find it within the station.
I booked with ALSA on my Madrid to Lisbon as I had booked with ALSA the previous week Barcelona to Madrid , this service was fantastic in , staff , on time and most importantly the bus was superb , clean , WiFi , inbuilt personal TV screen for music , movies etc . This was the main reason I booked with ALSA for my Madrid to Lisbon , what a terrible mistake by myself . Never again book with ALSA . And in Madrid there wasn't even a departure time or showing for Lisbon , just the driver calling out for departure to Lisbon and they don't say Lisbon in English either only Spanish so totally confusing . Then halfway through the trip the driver said something in Spanish that we are having a break for 25 minutes , then another empty bus pulled up and all the luggage was put onto this bus then I asked the new driver is this bus going to Lisbon he said yes , and this bus was in worse condition than the first , I could keep going on and on about my trip but I have wasted enough of my time , so goodbye and many thanks for the worse trip
There was no one on hand to let people know where to catch the bus.
The alsa madrid station is not properly managed and careless on passengers. We took the bus on 10:30pm but the information on which platform the bus will go was displaced until 10:15pm. Then we rushed to go to the gate in 5 minutes and find the driver has already locked the door and ready to go.
I have never been to a bus before in which I have had to pay for the use of toilet. That is outrageous. And there was not even water for hand washing.
I have a new respect for the bus - extremely comfortable, was surprised to see the seat back entertainment system and enjoyed watching the beautiful countryside roll past.
Excellent service. For the second time I used Alsa services to travel in Europe and I am very satisfied. One thing to mention is that on my first trip with Alsa, there was a mobile charger for each passenger, right above one's seat and it was greatly missed on my last trip with Alsa (when I arrived at Lisbon, I was unable to communicate with the person awaiting me as I had no battery left on my mobile); apart from that, great value and great service.
Bus needs wifi and DC power. Everything has it these days. Not happy
The bus was good, but the stuff were not very helpful
Missed having WiFi on the bus.
the ride was good but wifi didn't work.
Put wi-fi on ALL your busses and for Portugal as well
Great driver, seats and bus in general.
Trip was good however the driver did not inform the passagers about the user and password for Wi-fi abroad.
Bus was charging to use the toilet
There was a huge lack of information about the right spot of departure. I'd never recommend this company.
It was too hot
Too bad there are no plugs to load our smartphones
In Portugal was noWiFi ?
Mismanaged. No proper guidance regarding seat allocation or bus number.
Very very very slow wifi
Very very very slow wifi
The seats were too narrow. my knees were at the back of the man sitting in front of me. it would be better if the seats were wider... Driver was good. Timing was good too Thanks a lot
please indicate on the time table the difference between Spain and Portugal time (1hour), thanks!
No leg room, chairs shouldn't recline back so far
