Need to hire people who are fluent in English. All the announcements were in Spanish. The driver speaks only Spanish. It is extremely difficult for non-spanish speakers to navigate through the country.
Safe and quick drive but staff had lack of interest in passengers I had problems with usb plugs and wifi none of them were neither worked nor tried to be fixed
The seats were too narrow and the bus was playing a radio talkshow throughout the journey causing passengers to have a hard time sleeping!
Wifi is not good. Bad or no conection
It was difficult to tell which bus was bus number 1 or 2.
Journey was more pleasant than I was expecting - comfortable seats and great staff
We were asked to arrive 30-45 mins before departure however the driver arrived 10 mins after the scheduled departure time. The lady behind me was making drama and didn’t want me to move down my seat back as she said she is having knee pain so if I bend the chair she can’t sit properly. She was keep hitting the back of my seat during the whole trip. I felt very uncomfortable
Left without 2 paying customers who were 2 minutes late.
The driver could not communicate in English and put the suitcase inside the loading space or remove it. The bus was quite dirty and seats looked horrible.
I already submitted official complaint and pass it to Alsager.
To start with, when we put our luggage on the bus there was a lot of water leaking in to the storage, the driver didn’t have any time to check it and we had to put our bags in the water. I later wanted to use the bathroom but the zink was broken and when I pushed the button to get water to clean my hands I suddenly found myself in the middle of a fountain that sprayed water all over the toilet and me. As we travelled in the night we expected to get some sleep on the trip, this was impossible though due to long frequent stops where people went on and off the bus. Even though the first driver was stressed he was really friendly, worse was the second one who yelled at me rudely in Spanish (that I did not understand and someone had to translate) that I need to put my shoes on. I later red that it’s in your rules to keep the shoes on because of the other passengers. I find this completely outrageous, that you instead of kindly asking your passengers to show respect and have new and clean socks, as I did (!) you let your drivers become some kind of police demanding people to put shoes on in the middle of the night. After this it was impossible for me to sit in a nice sleeping position. Even so it would have been hard anyway since the driver put on a really noisy radio channel at 6.30 and was singing. I have travelled a lot with night busses and this was by far the worst experience. And not even a cheap price. I will never use your busses again.
Not great for an overnight trip. Other passengers were loud.
Horrible extra bus from ALSA not providing the same level of service. Totally unacceptable
Very comfortable and very good for long travel as they have entertainment.
I lost my wallet on your bus and have reached out to your team multiple times with no help to find it.
Bus was right on schedule, clean and the driver was very helpful.
