Bien. Sin embargo, la pantalla de la silla no se apago lo cual fue bastante molesto para viajar toda la noche. No podia dormir de lo que dependia para poder estar despierto para el dia siguiente.
I couldn't find the bus becausethere is aqbsolutely no indications of where it stops. At night also ask not to whom and bus drivers are very unresponsive. No one do not look at the list and do not search if someone has not boarded the bus and the place bought is empty.
We take the Supra bus to Barcelona in the midnight.
There are some suggestions for ALSA.
1.The driver give the introduction or guideline not only by Spanish but English.
2.I know driving in the night is tired, but the driver should wear the earphone when listening the music, avoid annoying the sleep of
passengers.
Sincerely,
Spencer
This time the bus wasn’t as comfortable as the first, the leg space was way less, there was no electric plug the Wifi didn’t work. It wasn’t an Alsa bus it was a bad quality one
The bus restroom did not work so it was a nightmare for all of us passengers.. the driver did not let us know until the bus was already in transit.. the bus had to do several stops because of that and there were some very angry customers some almost got into a fight.. bad words were used on confrontations with no respect for families with kids like me
Bus is comfortable, everything is ok with the trip, though due to some reasons it skipped Barcelona Sants (I have ticket to the Sants) and arrived at Barcelona Nord.
Smooth ride, they even gave us water and an inflatable neck pillow to sleep which is exactly what I did on my overnight bus. The toilet wasn't in great condition, that's my only complaint.
The bus was in poor shape. The window creaked so loudly that I couldn’t sleep for 7 hours overnight. The driver didn’t attempt to fix it or even care when I asked.
All good but I was still asked to download the boarding pass at the last minute which was only possible after my sons IPhone was used. I showed 4 reference numbers on my phone to bus staff member but was asked to download the boarding passes. The booking system clearly says digital or printed pass was "optional". A little panic but the journey and service was first class. Many thanks.
Double booked our bus, meaning we could not get on the bus we had booked. This had a domino effect on people who had booked the next bus, given that we have taken their spaces. Horrendous and won’t be using again.
Great setup, comfy seats and nice and clean . Smooth fast trip. Would have liked the drivers music be a little lower as it was an overnight bus and we were trying to sleep . The overhead lights were also a little too bright and it was quite cold.
It was the one problem - on the timetable were not trip to Barcelona. Point of destination was Girona. I was nervous because wasn't ALSA staff for explonations. I understand that time of departure is 23:30 but for me as a new passanger on this line it wasn't comfortable
Need to hire people who are fluent in English. All the announcements were in Spanish. The driver speaks only Spanish. It is extremely difficult for non-spanish speakers to navigate through the country.
Safe and quick drive but staff had lack of interest in passengers I had problems with usb plugs and wifi none of them were neither worked nor tried to be fixed
