Greyhound New York Atlantic City recent customer reviews
Driver was efficient, and line was long for check in,but we got thru in time to enjoy our room. I would suggest some chairs or benches for people to sit down.
The Good: The bus was on time in leaving and arriving at the destination. The Bad: One passenger had music playing that every passenger had to listen to as the bus driver did not intercede. The smell of the restroom was very strong on the return trip. The Greyhound buses need some TLC to improve the seat upholstery that is worn out and the restroom. To be competitive these should be done.
Terrible wait time (1hour 45 min) because there was no bus available. Communication during the wait was horrible because there was not nearly enough staff.
Customers have expressed mixed opinions about the bus service. Some enjoyed the ride and praised the friendly drivers, while others had issues with finding the bus stop and lack of amenities like working outlets and tissue in bathrooms. Clarity on pick-up locations was also mentioned as a concern by some customers. Overall, there were positive comments regarding customer service, comfort, punctuality, and speed of travel.
