Your bus was very old on way back your bus driver don’t understand nothing on English he close the first 4 seats in front very bad decision to buy tickets on your company

The bus was 2 hours delayed and we were told last minute. The bus driver was rude to the passangers and the AC was low and it didnt smell good in the bus.

My seat was horrible. I could feel every bump in the road. It was very uncomfortable, ratty, worn and no legroom for me a 5"2 woman. No plugin. Pleased that it was on time as opposed to the ride up to NYC. 2 1/2 hours late!

This was way too dissatisfied with the trip, the bus was supposed to dropped me off at Union Station DC, it stopped at Baltimore, they kept giving assurance that they will pick me up to my final destination, I waited for four hours in vain, I had to hire a taxi after one of the staff told me, there is a delay for over 5 hours and she cannot guarantee even if I wait for that over 5 hours.

I enjoyed the ride, the driver was great 👍 however, when being outside at silverspring, the guy who went on the pasing my chair in the bus took my water bottle which I had recently bought. Sad though that stealing on the bus is still exist

Seat wasn't very comfortable. My seat didn't recline. I noticed foot rests were missing some places. The bus looked really worn. Bus driver honked excessively through the trip.

The experience was nice. I enjoyed the cleaning, not crowded, no blasting of the A/C. But I wished my chair would have went back and we could have made one quick snack stop. But there wasn't any full complaints. Driver's were great!

I enjoyed punctuality, simplicity of accessing the station and checking in. I didn't like the absence of the middle arm rest and the absence of wifi

The bus was punctual, clean, quiet, and smooth. Complimentary water was provided. The wi-fi connection was fast and efficient. More importantly, the bathroom was clean and had 2 large rolls of toilet paper. The trip was genuinely pleasant and I would book future trips with this company. I would recommend Bestbus to friends and family.

Water and trash bags were very thoughtful. Driving was very stable. Pretty good restroom. Hospitable workers. Cool temperature!

My brother was on a Wanda bus Sunday from NY to DC. The driver took off without him after a stop in Baltimore, even though his backpack and bag were still on his empty seat, so they should have waited . I had to spend $70 in Uber to get him home. I called the customer service number and they told me I had to call the main office. I had to leave a voicemail at the office and then I called back. The office manager said she would check with the driver and call me back. No one has called me back. I called the office this morning and had to leave another voicemail. I am going to continue to call, as my brother’s bag, his walker, his knapsack and food are still missing. I need someone to call me back and get this resolved.

The bus was nice but the driver was terrible. He was mean and yelling at everyone. He would not help with bags and was parked by a smoke pile so it was difficult to load suitcase.At the break he yelled in a mean voice 10 minutes but stayed 20. Than after 3 hours we picked up others because their bus broke. Driver yelled at passengers to sit, than yelled at an elderly women and made her move. A passenger yelled at him to stop yelling at old ladies. At my stop in DC I was the only one getting off. My suitcase was buried in the back. He wouldn’t help and kept yelling at me to get my bag but I couldn’t. I’m 60 yeast old. I finally unloaded bags and got mine. He would not help at all and was very rude. I never had an experience like that.

There was not much stoppage on the journey but we spent more than five hours, while the journey supposed to be four hours.

They stopped at Baltimore instead of the 2230 New York Avenue NE advertised. Had to arrange for a different pick up with family.

I don't know the bus would continue south past DC. I thought we were just stopping in the gas station. My fault for not paying attention but also the driver didn't announce we were in DC. I had to get off in Fredericksburg.

The bus is in need of deep cleaning. The driver drove so fast that an automatic message was heard saying excessive speed. Your driver also uses his personal phone while Driving. This is unlawful.

Your bus needs a deep cleanse. Windows are greasy film laden. Your driver from NYC to Philadelphia drove too fast prompting the automated notice to say the speed was excessive. He made an announcement that we should turn the lights on our phone down and be aware of others and not speak loudly on our phone. Then, he proceeded to talk on a phone while driving. It’s illegal to use your phone while operating a bus with so many people under your care. He used profanity —one point I heard him say on his phone call he could kick someone’s ass—-how low level. You’ve hired unprofessional people. I’m an airline employee and I have already put the word out that I found your ride and employees unsafe and low functioning. Also, the fight that broke out with the gal who was high on weed and the others was insane.

Everything was perfect. It was fast, the driver was polite, professional and friendly. I loved the fact that water is given on the bus.

The drive itself was really nice. The only part I didn’t like was the assigned seating which no one followed. A person was in my seat and did not move when I spoke the diver he told me to find an available seat
