Everything was perfect. Comfortable, clean bus and nice staff (a young man came to wipe the fog off the windows during the heavy rain).
The delay in arriving was due to a huge herd of sheep crossing the road and stopping traffic. There was also very heavy rain a few times.
Good service and comfortable seats. The only doubt was towards the end when collecting the baggage. I don't think the staff really checked against the luggage tag they gave us. Unlike the other main bus I have been taking in Chile.
Almost perfect service and company - super friendly staff and clean, modern buses. It only seems like they allow a bit less foot room compared to all the other long distance buses, which is a key element when travelling for long hours. For the few hours from P Natales to P Arenas it was fine tho.
We had great experience twice with this company. Can book tickets via busbuds if not South American. The staff assisted us on to a bus earlier than our scheduled time, given we arrived early. Saved us hours. Can recommend!
