We were to board in Schenectady NY at 855am. At 9:15 I called and was told they were running two hours behind. I then missed my flight in Boston at Atlanta. I was flying in for a funeral. The staff was very rude and I was also traveling with my three children. I was stressed and no one was helpful in the situation what so ever
