The trip was delayed by 2 hours. Connection wasn't possible. The trip that we change it for took 1 hour longer than expected and was also delayed. The connection was 3 hours long in a parking lot, no restrooms, no services. Bad experience.

Greyhound is worst bus service that I have never seen in my life. They don’t even care about their customers. They just want to sell their tickets and that’s it they don’t even care about whether passengers are live or dead.. Their customer service is very worst. If you’re looking to have good travel experience, please don’t select greyhound.
