Additionally, some travelers experienced delays at border crossings and found waiting areas lacking in amenities like seating or restrooms.

I was just sliding in the scheduled bus at NYC port authority. The staff & the driver was calm and kind to process my boarding. Only the catch was that the bus to Kingston was tiny in comparison with the one going to Rosendale which I'm used to. In any case, it was a good experience.

Terrible experience. I was directed by Trailways staff to move from my Albany bus to another Albany bus and as a result missed my connection to Utica and had ti buy an Amtrak ticket to get from Albany to Utica.
