Adirondack Trailways receives praise for its smooth and enjoyable overnight rides, with comfortable seating and efficient customs processes. However, some passengers noted issues such as non-functional WiFi and limited legroom that affected their comfort during the journey. Additionally, there were concerns about waiting conditions at Albany without adequate facilities like seating or restrooms.
As usual, it was a smooth overnight ride with a rather quick border passing and early arrival in New York. Driver was a bit late with announcements at the start, but we were checked in well and he was a bit overwhelmed because of a later bus that had been cancelled (with extra passengers). He was an excellent driver who drove well and safely, and announced times with stops most clearly. My only complaint: grabbing my suitcase from the luggage bin at Port Authority, I took a hard and bloody fall: there was a ramp next to the bus I did not see. At such an early, sleepy arrival, a loud "watch your step!" addressed to exiting passengers would have saved me from almost also breaking bones…

The the overnight ride was very smooth, quiet and enjoyable. The pit stop was not too long or short - just the right time for a quick bio break and sandwich in the middle of the night. The seats were comfortable. Canadian customs clearly was very efficient in the middle of the night. The lack of leg room is the only reason Andirondack Trailways received a 3 and not 5 star rating. I'm 6' and I could not in any way stretch my legs. The person seated in front of me could not fully recline their seat because it was already pressing on my knees. I would not want to be seated that way ever again.

My coach was canceled and I received no information and so I arrived at the station and found out in the bored. I had then had to ask if there was a next coach or what was happening as they didn't tell me they put me in the next one. However it being the following day and arriving at New York a lot later then meant to caing me to miss out of commitments. The following coach was then full and at a point we had to make a driver change we then sat at the carpark for 30mins-1hour waiting. I was not impressed with the service. sat in an emergency window seat and did not have much leg room due to the way the seats are screwed to the floor and the plug sockets did not work or any of the seats around me
