Arrived at bus station at 10.15 to catch the 10.40 to Noto from Syracuse, to be told the 9.40 had not arrived with no explanation. So we didn’t hold up much hope for the 10.40. All the passengers for the previous bus were still waiting. By 11.00 the bus never came. We then had to cancel our plans due to time restraints How do I get a refund?
