no people at the kiosk to give out the ticket (girl with the list ran into the place to print me a ticket. if people have online booking it should have a qr code to check people more easily.

Coach was over 30 minutes late in arriving at VT., nobody was around to keep all of us notified. Eventually it pulled up at the front of the depot and we all had to rush round. Nobody asked to see our tickets and no reason given for the delay. Luckily the journey was completed with no further complications.
