My bus was cancelled without notification. I arrived at the bus station at 12am via Uber ($60+) to find the doors locked and the staff made everyone wait outside in 10 degree weather. They yelled to us through the window that no buses were running until the morning. So with nowhere else to go I had to spend the night in the casino lobby. Very poor customer service, very poor communication.
