The first bus driver arrived already annoyed, unfriendly and angry in Brisbane . The toilet was completely full and not working but that was not the problem but when I told him and ask if we gonna make a stop instead soon he was again really unfriendly and kinda ignored me. He didn’t looked after the toilet and we didn’t made a stop for again 1 hours. It had to ask 2 more woman that he finally made a stop. He told us we gonna stop in Byron bay what to this time again one more hour was. Finally he decided to make after 30 min bevor Byron bay a break with the annoyed word „when someone has to go desperately to the toilet and can not wait then here“ never in my life I drove with someone with this Attitude against there costumer

The drivers were lovely and the ride was decent but the cost was ridiculous. I would never again pay that price for a coach I had to as it was my only option.

Alot of USB chargers not working, toilet light did not turn on at beginning of trip. Wifi connection not stable. If these things are to be advertised and apart of the service/charge they should be in working order.
