I've used greyhound coach services a number of times now for journeys along Australia's east coast. But this was my first long haul journey with them. Unlike a previous journey, no delayed departure this time round, very friendly, informative and approachable driver, comfy seats and ample leg room, clean toilet on board and at least a 30 minute comfort/lunchbreak provided just beyond the halfway point in the trip. I arrived at my destination slightly late, but that was due to traffic conditions on the roads outside the drivers control. Nice temperature on the coach. Overall very happy with the service.
