I appreciate the frequency of the service and the efficient trip to CRL. The negative? I had a moderately-sized backpack, equivalent to a large carry-on suitcase. I asked the staff person who scanned my ticket outside the bus about stowing my pack in the luggage compartment. He looked at my pack and told me to take it on board and put it in the overhead rack. Once on the bus, it was obvious it would not fit. Another staff person said “it’s too big.” “I know but he (the man outside) told me to bring it in.” We had to squeeze it between my seat and the one in front of me and I had to sit with my feet on top of my pack from Midi to CRL. My knees were, quite literally, even with my chest; my feet level with my hips. It was an uncomfortable ride, to say the least.
