Regular:
-bus arriving after the scheduled departure (whereas the email said to be there half an hour before)
-After 20 minutes a 30 minutes stop where we were forced to go outside (I would be better to know this in advance)
I had a terrible experience on my trip. The driver put extremely loud music and several times to turn the attention to talk to passengers while driving. In addition, the bus had a serious defect in the brake, so it was necessary to change vehicles in the middle of the trip.
Bus showed up late. On top of that apparently we had to check in with the office per driver . This resulted us in getting the worst seats in the bus even though we had been waiting 30 mins before its scheduled arrival. Will absolutely avoid in the future.
The bus came late. After 40minutes only the bus arrived. Then, the bus station closed at 1am and all the passengers including me need to wait for the bus outside the bus station in the cold and rain for more than 2 hours. Lastly, when the bus arrived, the driver do not even say sorry for coming 40minutes late and they treat us madly. Very bad experience for me.
Trying to find from where the bus left, was quite hard. But we managed to find some very helpful employee that helped us find the bus stop.
The ride in itself was very good, the seats were very comfortable. Overall it was all good.
I am very happy to being alive after that trip which has been by eurolines. Because the direver was like F1 pilot . He made all mistakes that he can do. I hope I do not go anywhere with Eurolines...
The bus left 20 minutes late. Then after driving for 20 minutes the driver drove back all the way to Brussels to pick up a passenger who was late. This caused a delay for everyone on the bus and everyone was very upset with the driver
