Seat allocation didn’t match bus layout so our booked tickets together split us up. Everybody else seemed to do a ‘free for all’ so difficult to get any sleep before about 1am when the bus was finally full.
Comfy seats. Friendly staff but a bit of a bun fight until everybjj oh dy calmed down at about 1am!
Unacceptable and non commercial behaviour of the ticketing desk, when changing the date of our ticket. The girl at the desk clearly did not want to work there. She showed irritation, frustration, rolled her eyes, and sight. She showed more interest in her cellphone than any willingness to help us. Finally, we got our ticket changed, but decided to NOT use crucero del Norte finally, and booked another, last minute, ticket with Flecha Bus.
the bus it self was just fine , but the bathroom was absolutely Disgusting!!! the stench of urine was just overwhelming, they should have stopped on the side of the road and dumped the toilet. Absolutely the worst bus bathroom in Argentina
Terrible bus service, rude staff, late with no apologies, bus itself was ok but staff are useless and people who handle the luggage or rough and have no respect, I would give this bus company 0 stars but it won’t let me
Good safe trip. Drivers could have informed passengers about the trip and tell where we are when the bus stops. Food should be better, not much for the whole trip, also not enough drinks
Bus was 1h late at starting point and 2h late at destination. They didn't give us nothing to eat after whole night. At night sleeping was like in freezer. Definitely not recommended this company
The bus trip from Buenos Aires to Bariloche on Crucero del Norte went very smoothly. The bus was on time and the seats (Cama exejutivo) we’re comfortable and included a blanket and pillow. Retiro station is chaotic and feels disorganized but that is not the fault of Crucero del Norte. Dinner was good, but breakfast and lunch was poor. Bring your own water and snacks.
Wasn't the best journey, the seats were dirty and my seat belt was covered in goodness knows what. No food or drinks given during the 6 hour journey. The bus kept stopping to pick people up and drop off at non bus terminals. When we got to Posadas and random man came and gave out out bags from beneath the bus and then asked for money for doing this when he didn't even work for the bus company nor was one of the attendants.
My sunglasses were stolen our bus broke down and we ended up taking 3 different buses on a journey that was supposed to be direct. Would not recommend to anyone.
The information on the internet is wrong. The estimated arrival time is not 19h30, but 22h30. The bus driver affirmed that false information was provided to me.
I had booked a night bus from Resistencia to Salta with FlechaBus based on that incorrect information. That bus left in time, at 21h50, so I was left stranded in Resistencia. Someone else is in the same situation and it looks like being a common issue. In fact, in Asunción, I had met an Englishman who would have made the same trip if one of the two buses hadn't been fully booked already.
The staff were very helpful and friendly, and right now (10h30 the following day), a kind lady is driving us to Presidencia Roque Sáenz Peña from the roundabout in Resistencia where we had been hitchhiking. Hopefully, in PRSP we will also find someone who is kind enough to drive us all the way to Salta before the end of the day.
I had paid $ 3480 for my FlechaBus ticket, so I lost a lot of money. I sincerely hope that I will be compensated for all this. None of it is my fault, but I am the one who is having to bear the consequences of your error.
Toilets needed upgrading
No water at one stage
Also somehow I got off at wrong stop... Would have expected man who checked my luggage label to have informed me
Seat comfortable and nice to have blanket and pillow
Bus was delayed in traffic jams caused by road works in Neuquen, which were not Crucero del Note's fault. Seat was very comfortable, tipped back to become an almost flat bed, and the food was good and plentiful.
Where to start. There were several staff members on board who, it turned out, were being transported to another station overnight for work the next day. One younger man had a list of passenger names/seat numbers and was searching their names on instagram. He looked through the pictures of young female passengers. The other men were drinking a lot of alcohol, eating coca leaves, and shouting loudly at each other. They also played music loudly and watched videos including pornographic material. Moreover, one man produced a very large knife to cut open a big bag of coca leaves. Understandably, as two female travellers this was not only highly unprofessional but incredibly uncomfortable as the bus was largely empty and we were seated directly in front of them towards the back. This also affected others, including parents trying to get a newborn infant to sleep while the men made this noise.
The bus arrived on time. It got to Puerto Iguazú 2.5hrs late. For the most part of the trip we were comfortable. The service was great. However the food was not the greatest. Mostly bread and stale. Definitely take your own snacks.
La limpieza no era buena. Ademas, durante las primeras dos horas viajamos sin calefaccion..todos estabamos abrigados mas que si estuviesemos fuera del micro.
