I was very disappointed. The bus left before we could get to it. I had to spend more money on a different bus.
The ride was very comfortable. I enjoyed the trip. The bus left late and arrived even later, but personally, no complaints about that. I would use Urquiza again- no tengo prisa.
Very comfortable seats. Friendly staff. I have written that the bus was on time - not exactly on the dot but left a few minutes after the scheduled time and arrived just a few minutes after the scheduled time.
Bus was comfortable, staff did not speak any English but we could understand everything. The bus made two stops that were not explained or expected and we were not allowed off but other passengers were and then got back on.Bus was late but otherwise suitable
Cheapest ticket going and I’m not feeling too shortchanged. Cracking sandwich and free coffee on board. No usb chargers and leg room was a bit limited too.
The bus was very comfortable. The airconditioning was set at a perfect temperature (not too cold). I would certainly use your company again!
It was difficult to find the platform, because it was described that 30 Minuten I should bei there.
Good trip. Comfortable seats and air conditioned. Would use again.
Really simple to find and board, extremely comfortable seats, smooth ride and arrived on time
The bus left the station two hours late. This was not announced anywhere. The bus was then stopped by control for an additional hour because they did not have the proper papers. I ended up arriving 3 and a half hours late.
