We were sold a ticket under the impression it was from Buenos Aires but in fact it was from a small town over an hour away so we’re unable to board the bus we were not told about this when purchasing the ticket
The bus journey was smooth. The inside was clean and spacious and the staff were very nice. The overnight journey from Buenos Aires to Puerto Iguazú was comfortable too. Definitely recommend!
It was our first experience on an overnight bus. We found it very comfortable and entirely pleasant. We are traveling by plane today, and my wife is asking why we’re not taking a bus!
There were cockroaches in the window frames that came out at night and the temperature inside the bus was kept very low so I was shivering all the time.
The bus was very comfortable but only one cup of tea or coffee was available even though hot and cold water was available no cups or tea bags were. If we had known about the hot water we would have brought our own, we did ask but were told no. Also we forgot our fleece left them in our luggage the aircon was so cold we had to wrap the blanket round us for the whole trip then step out into 35 degrees, not good.
The bus is a bit run down, there was no staff that spoke English, we could live with that, but we felt ignored. Other customers on the bus received Drinks and more snacks. The menu given had champagne and whiskies (we do not drink whiskey) but a glass of wine would have been better than only a Maschine we could get cleaned water from.
Aircondition blew so hard all 17 hours that we are all sick and got fever from it,asked 2 times to turn it little bit off , nobody didn’t care. Other things were good.
Very comfortable, food wasn’t great but plentyful & there was even an option of wine with dinner. Staff really friendly & driver was smooth & safe. 4 movies were played: 2 in Spanish; 1 in French & 1 in English. Great experience overall.
The bus arrived on time. It got to Puerto Iguazú 2.5hrs late. For the most part of the trip we were comfortable. The service was great. However the food was not the greatest. Mostly bread and stale. Definitely take your own snacks.
Great staff and Very comfortable bus. Was nice to get food but the cereal biscuits were pretty poor. The dinner was good. Would happily use this company again.
Everything was great, (comfortable and such) except for the food. Would be great with a vegetarian alternative for the dinner. The breakfast was also very "underwhelming". A cookie, crackers and a cup of "coffee". Just sugar and coffee basicly. A suggestion for the food on the trips: Not only meat in all the dishes, and not such a sugarish breakfast. A sandwich or yoghurt would be awesome, or some fruit!
Good service, company gave one decent sized meal and 2 snacks on the drive with soft drinks and coffee. Comfy enough seats with charger point. Slept well on the bus. Was a good journey!
The only positive is the ability to recline the seat so it’s almost flat (in ‘VIP’ class). On request they provided one small bottle of water for what ended up being a 19 hour journey. The food was meagre and there was no vegetarian option (and no obvious way of requesting it in advance).
Bus should really be condemned, aesthetically-speaking. It was pretty old, it leaked (it rained for the majority of the trip) and the toilet was indescribable!
Very comfortable ride overall. Perhaps, a bit pricey for a bus but compared to alternatives, I wouldn't pick a semi-cama for this trip. I would consider changing the meals on the trip to something less plastic packaged for environmental purposes. One big sandwich would have done it instead of a ton of cookies. Also, seemed a little rushed trip with no real stops for getting snacks or anything but I guess that's a choice of traveling time.
Fine for basic travel. Comfortable seats and clean environment but there was no communication at all about the delays and the food was uninspiring. There was also no WiFi, which some of the other carriers on the Buenos Aires/Iguazu route do provide.
