It was our first experience on an overnight bus. We found it very comfortable and entirely pleasant. We are traveling by plane today, and my wife is asking why we’re not taking a bus!

Sabrina M.29 January 2020 |

Items got stolen out of my checked in luggage!! Better protection would be nice!! Like lockers at the luggage store doors ...

Romi G.28 January 2020 |

Via Bariloche is better

Elisa C.24 January 2020 |

Very comfortable bus and the staff were really friendly, an 18 hour journey was a dream! Also got a pillow and a blanket:) very Satisfied

Andreea C.16 January 2020 |

There were cockroaches in the window frames that came out at night and the temperature inside the bus was kept very low so I was shivering all the time.

Catherine C.8 January 2020 |

Great but a bit too cold

Moira S.7 January 2020 |

The bus was very comfortable but only one cup of tea or coffee was available even though hot and cold water was available no cups or tea bags were. If we had known about the hot water we would have brought our own, we did ask but were told no. Also we forgot our fleece left them in our luggage the aircon was so cold we had to wrap the blanket round us for the whole trip then step out into 35 degrees, not good.

Manon D.23 December 2019 |

Problem on time schedule

Roland P.22 December 2019 |

1h 00 de retard au départ et 3 h 00 à l'arrivée !!!

Rodney Damien C.20 December 2019 |

Great service didn't mind being a bit late.

Kenneth A.18 December 2019 |

The bus is a bit run down, there was no staff that spoke English, we could live with that, but we felt ignored. Other customers on the bus received Drinks and more snacks. The menu given had champagne and whiskies (we do not drink whiskey) but a glass of wine would have been better than only a Maschine we could get cleaned water from.

Mario M.11 December 2019 |

Aircondition blew so hard all 17 hours that we are all sick and got fever from it,asked 2 times to turn it little bit off , nobody didn’t care. Other things were good.

Lyndsey M.8 December 2019 |

Very comfortable, food wasn’t great but plentyful & there was even an option of wine with dinner. Staff really friendly & driver was smooth & safe. 4 movies were played: 2 in Spanish; 1 in French & 1 in English. Great experience overall.

Pearse M.1 December 2019 |

Grt trip. Very comfortable. My only complaint is that the guy putting the stickers on the luggage the backing paper underground is litter

Erik Isak Teodor H.17 November 2019 |

Good, comfy, priceful

Tamara H.24 October 2019 |

The bus arrived on time. It got to Puerto Iguazú 2.5hrs late. For the most part of the trip we were comfortable. The service was great. However the food was not the greatest. Mostly bread and stale. Definitely take your own snacks.

Jessica H.12 October 2019 |

the bus took over two hours longer than the posted time

Puneet M.12 October 2019 |

Food is not very good. Not enough paper in bathroom. Also felt like I was inhaling particles from the bathroom on the bus.

Bethany S.23 September 2019 |

Very comfortable seats and nice meal.
