The bus was left on time but arrived 45 minutes late. The seats were comfortable and the temperature of the bus was cold. The bus was not full so there was room on the bus. There was also a place to charge my phone. The cleanliness of the bus needed improvement as there was gum in the cup holder and the seats were dirty. There were also a few flies inside the bus.

The bus was 2 hours late, but mostly on account of an accident. We would have been fine with the delay had there not been cockroaches all over the vents, broken and dirty seats, and two rear air conditioners that were dumping water onto guests. Very likely the worst bus ride ever!!
