The overhead reading lights didn't work so I couldn't read my book, but other than that it was a very comfortable bus ride, right on schedule.

The driver was great but didn't explain to the passengers that we wouldn't be taken to the village We were left in Saint Jovite and told that a local bus would take us to the village. The local bus driver showed where to .get a shuttle to take us to the hotel. At that the shuttle getting us. At that another driver unco nected to our hotel saw us and out and out of mercy picked us up. A 2 hr and 50 minute trip took us about 5 hrs and 45 min.

The train is fabulous but no one told us that the weekend train from st Jerome to Montreal does not go to the center of the city but only to the outskirts. So we went all the way back to st Jerome while a friendly passenger explained why we were going ‘backwards’. We ended up doing the trip twice

The experience with your company today was very disapointing. There was a mistake on out drop off location on our ticket and we were unaware that it was two cities too early due to my english father buying it for me and choosing the wrong city. when we arrived the driver told us to get lost and that this was not his problem, even after telling him it was an honest mistake and we had no way of getting to the final town. With a half empty bus he abandoned us there with very rude words. No remors, no care for customer service or our well being. Overall some of the meanest and most cold hearted customer service I have experienced.

I had such a pleasant ride with Autobus Galland! Very clean, comfortable and punctual bus, it even arrived early to Montreal. The bus driver was extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely take this bus again!

We called and were told the bus was 30min delayed and when we arrived 20min early the bus already left. Communication was very poor on the customer service and he hung up on us when we tried to ask for help, which also caused that we missed the bus.
