Intercity Bus User Reviews
Intercity Bus provides direct transportation, which many users appreciate. The drivers are generally courteous and helpful, enhancing the travel experience for passengers. However, several reviews mention delays in departure times and unexpected changes to drop-off locations due to construction or other factors. Additionally, some travelers noted discomfort from cramped seating arrangements and a lack of onboard amenities like bathrooms or Wi-Fi. Despite these challenges, customer service interactions over the phone were positively highlighted by users who needed assistance with scheduling changes.
This was my first time using intercity bus. I am 81 and a friend dropped me off at the arrivals level but l still had to go inside and down the escalator to another level. I had to ask for help to locate post 4 but luckily l was able to get myself there in decent time. A very helpful Flixbus driver told me l was in the right place and that sometimes when there aren’t very many passengers for the last bus, it might be a small van and it turned out that he was correct. The intercity van arrived about 10 minutes after the scheduled arrival time and the driver put my roller case in the back and l boarded. A couple of others did as well. We departed about 5 minutes later , had a smooth drive from Pearson Airport to Woodstock arriving exactly on time. I was the only passenger getting off and the driver was efficient in remembering which bag was mine and was careful in unloading. All in all it was a good first experience and l have a couple of Toronto friends who l will be recommending this service to so they can easily come to visit without having to contend with driving the 401.

The drive on route itself was fine. We were almost two hours behind schedule, but that was a result of poor weather conditions due to the snow. My only complaint is that at the end of the journey the driver didn’t offer any assistance in helping people with their bags and suitcases. In past bus trips the driver has always helped by unloading the suitcases from the bus. This driver simply stood on his phone after opening the doors. Because there were so many passengers a lot of the bags were pushed to the back. Me and a few other passengers ended up unloading many suitcases to reach ours, and in doing so had to crawl in the compartment to dig them out. Because I’m young and able bodied this wasn’t too big of a deal but it wouldn’t have been possible for anyone with a physical disability. Overall there just seemed to be a lack of customer service.

Bus was late, then arrived at the destination an hour and a half late. But it was a smooth ride no complaints there.

Did not enjoy waiting in the cold for an extra 17 minutes as it was late to pickup. Enjoyed comfortable ride

It was okay but I would like to suggest that update is provided when the driver/bus is running late because I experienced this during my trip on October 28th and though link for update was provided but, there was no on-time update and I had to be calling the office to confirm where the driver/bus was. While I was still able to get to thw airport on-time for my flight however, if it had been a bad traffic day, I might have been late for my flight because again fortunately, boarding was completed few mins ahead of schedule which put anyone waiting to get to boarding gate last minute for whatever reason would have missed the flight

the bus broke down multiple times I was supposed to get to the location at 8:40pm and got there at 12 in the morning
